  • Publication number: 20120024257
Abstract: A motorcycle with a spark plug unit disposed on a front side of a cylinder head wherein approaching the spark plug unit from the front side between a front wheel and the spark plug unit as well as a high-tension cord can be prevented, without increasing the front-rear length of the vehicle. The motorcycle includes an engine with a tubular section containing a spark plug that projects roughly in a forward direction from a front surface of a cylinder head. A spark plug cap which is connected to the spark plug in the inside of the tubular section with the high-tension cord connected to a side portion thereof is fitted to the tubular section. A portion of the tubular section which projects from the cylinder head is formed with a cutout for containing the high-tension cord and for directing the cord toward a lateral side of the tubular section.

  • Publication number: 20110311048
Abstract: According to one embodiment, the cryptographic operation apparatus performs a cryptographic operation using first and second key data and includes an initial mask value creating unit that creates the initial mask value using the second key data and data information. In addition, the cryptographic operation apparatus further includes a mask value updating unit that creates the mask value using the initial mask value and a mask value storing unit that stores and outputs the initial mask value and the created mask value. In addition, the encryption is performed using the input data, the first key data, and the output mask value.

  • Publication number: 20110191298
Abstract: Even if the version of the OS and DB is changed, occurrence of inconsistency in the correspondence relationship between the original version meta information and the new version real data is prevented. When a node managing a plurality of files is to return the version of the OS and DB of a plurality of files from the new version to the original version, the node deletes meta information A11 of the file A regarding such deleted file A, updates meta information B11 according to the updated real data B1 regarding such file B in which the real data has been updated, creates meta information based on real data of the added file D regarding such added file D, and thereby maintains the consistency in the correspondence relationship between the meta information of the respective original versions and the real data of the respective new versions regarding the respective files A, B, and D.

  • Publication number: 20080183993
Abstract: In a storage system, a technique for promptly reading the backup data stored in the child storage device in the remote site side in case of disaster for the master site is provided. In this system, a parent storage device having a primary volume (V1) and a secondary volume (V2) is arranged at a master site, and a child storage device having a backup volume to store data of V2 is arranged at a remote site, and remote backup of data of V1 is carried out. In the remote site side, management information of objective volume is stored in one of devices. When the data of the backup volume is read, for example in one child storage device, a process is carried out where the management information is read, and on the basis thereof, data of a plurality of backup volumes is collected and integrated as one volume.
