Abstract: A screen generation method that causes an information processing apparatus to generate an image of a timepiece includes: acquiring component information relating to a component in which a position of at least one portion or displayed information provided on a board surface of the timepiece can change, and placement information indicating a position of the component on the board surface of the timepiece; specifying, based on the placement information, a placement position in a case of placing a component image corresponding to the component information on the image of the timepiece; and generating, based on the specified placement position, a board surface image for operation used in response to operating the timepiece from an external terminal.
