Abstract: Provided is a polymeric micelle type DDS preparation that may efficiently exhibit pharmacological activity effects by enhancing migration characteristics, penetrability, and retention characteristics toward a diseased target tissue such as a tumor tissue or an inflammation-affected tissue, and thereby enhancing the action of a pharmacologically active substance. Disclosed is a block copolymer (A) having a hydrophilic polymer segment linked to a hydrophobic polymer segment, the hydrophilic polymer segment containing a polyethylene glycol chain, and the hydrophobic polymer segment containing a polyamino acid chain having a hydrophobic substituent in a side chain, wherein the hydrophilic polymer segment has a target binding site bonded thereto, and the main chain polymer combining the polyethylene glycol chain and the polyamino acid chain has a molecular weight of not less than 2 kilodaltons and not more than 10 kilodaltons.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that enable detection, with a higher degree of accuracy, of the bright spots and the pupils from the light reflected from the eyes. [Solution] An information processing device includes a light source that includes a first polarization filter; a sensor that includes a second polarization filter; and a control unit that processes images obtained by the sensor. The second polarization filter includes an orthogonal polarization filter having a direction perpendicular to the polarization direction of the first polarization filter, and includes a parallel polarization filter having a direction parallel to the polarization direction of the first polarization filter. The control unit detects the bright spot from a parallel polarization image obtained by the sensor, and detects the pupil from an orthogonal polarization image obtained by the sensor.

Abstract: A storage element includes a storage layer, a fixed magnetization layer, a spin barrier layer, and a spin absorption layer. The storage layer stores information based on a magnetization state of a magnetic material. The fixed magnetization layer is provided for the storage layer through a tunnel insulating layer. The spin barrier layer suppresses diffusion of spin-polarized electrons and is provided on the side of the storage layer opposite the fixed magnetization layer. The spin absorption layer is formed of a nonmagnetic metal layer causing spin pumping and provided on the side of the spin barrier layer opposite the storage layer. A direction of magnetization in the storage layer is changed by passing current in a layering direction to inject spin-polarized electrons so that information is recorded in the storage layer and the spin barrier layer includes at least a material selected from oxides, nitrides, and fluorides.
Abstract: An object of the invention is to obtain a preparation which shows enhanced effectiveness and safety compared to tacrolimus, has the concentration in blood maintained at a constant level without individual differences, whereby the control of the amount of administration depending on the blood kinetics (blood trough concentration) becomes unnecessary. The holder holds an optical fiber and exposes one end part of the optical fiber in such a manner that the one end part of the optical fiber can be optically connected to the end parts of the optical waveguide at a side of one surface of the holder. The spacer is held the one surface of the substrate and the one surface of the holder.
