  • Publication number: 20160273425
Abstract: An exhaust device for a machine is disclosed. The exhaust device may have an exhaust-gas purifying member and a cylindrical exhaust port disposed at a downstream end of the exhaust-gas purifying member. Further the exhaust device may have an exhaust passage member extending in a width-direction from a first end to a second end and disposed downstream of the exhaust port. The exhaust passage member may include a first outlet opening disposed adjacent the first end and a second outlet opening disposed adjacent the second end. The exhaust passage member may also include an inlet opening disposed between the first and second outlet openings. In addition, the exhaust passage member may include an exhaust passage leading from the inlet opening to the first outlet opening and the second outlet opening. a sectional flow area of the exhaust passage may be larger than a sectional flow area of the exhaust port.

  • Publication number: 20150220053
Abstract: In an image forming apparatus of a tandem type including an intermediate conveying apparatus which conveys a sheet conveyed from a first image forming apparatus to a second image forming apparatus using a sheet conveying member, there are provided with a detecting portion configured to detect a state of the sheet conveying member, and an adjusting portion configured to adjust the state of the sheet conveying member so that the amount of heat radiation from the sheet in the sheet conveying member becomes constant, according to a detection result of the detecting portion.

  • Publication number: 20130312721
Abstract: An ignition coil for an internal combustion engine is provided which includes a body with a metallic hollow cylinder and a high-voltage portion joined to an end of the cylinder. The hollow cylinder has a primary winding and a secondary winding disposed therein. The high-voltage portion is made of a resin material and includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder disposed outside the inner cylinder through a gap. The inner cylinder has disposed therein a conductive elastic member which establishes an electric connection to a spark plug. A resinous insulator is disposed in a gap between the first and second cylinders. The resinous insulator is higher in insulation strength than the resin material of the high-voltage portion, thereby improving the degree of electric insulation between the metallic hollow cylinder and the conductive elastic member.

  • Patent number: 7827959
Abstract: An ignition device (ECU and a drive circuit) for a spark ignition type internal combustion engine that directs an ignition with generation of a predetermined start signal (i.e., falling of an ignition signal) has a circuit for monitoring generation timing of the start signal and for prohibiting the ignition based on the start signal when the start signal is generated at abnormal timing. In particular, the ignition device has a circuit for determining whether the start signal is generated at predetermined start timing and a circuit for prohibiting the ignition based on the start signal when the above circuit determines that the start signal is not generated at the start timing. Thus, damages to the engine and peripheral devices due to the ignition at the abnormal timing can be reduced.

  • Patent number: 7404396
Abstract: In a multiple discharge ignition control apparatus, a battery, an energy storage coil and a first IGBT are connected in series. Further, the energy storage coil, a diode, a primary coil and a second IGBT are connected in series. The energy storage coil is connected with a capacitor through the diode, and a secondary coil is connected with a spark plug and a resistor for current detection. An ignition control circuit switches the IGBTs between ON and OFF each time the secondary current detected by the resistor reaches a positive or negative discharge holding current in multiple discharge operation. A booster circuit is provided in addition to the energy storage coil and its output is feedback-controlled.

  • Publication number: 20010013034
Abstract: LS servers to inquire lost pets or something are connected to Internet network. As an example, an owner of a lost pet employs a terminal and inputs characteristic of the lost pet into the LS servers. A discovery person of a pet inputs characteristics of a discovered pet into the LS servers, too. A database with regard to lost pets and a database of the discovery person side are comprised to LS servers. Therefore, A pet agreeing with the characteristics of the lost pet that the owner side inputs is searched, and the information is reported to the owner side. The discovery person side can receive a notice similarly, too.
