Abstract: A first computer, in data registration processing: determines a type of biometric information for encryption with which the data is to be encrypted; acquires the determined type of biometric information for encryption from a user of the first computer; generates, from each piece of the acquired biometric information for encryption, a public key based on a predetermined algorithm; transmits the public key to a second computer; and transmits the data encrypted with the public key to the third computer, the first computer, in data presentation processing: acquires the encrypted data from a third computer; acquires the determined type of biometric information for decryption from the user of the first computer; generates, from each piece of the acquired biometric information for decryption, a private key based on the predetermined algorithm; decrypts the encrypted data with use of the private key; and presents each piece of the decrypted registered data.

Abstract: Each portion constituting a displayed screen can be displayed with colors which a user easily views. When an operation button as a component is selected as a target for color customization in a content screen, a color customization operation screen is displayed which includes a first color selector display area with respect to this operation button and a second color selector display area with respect to a layout (background) on which this operation button overlaid and displayed. In the first color selector display area, the respective color selectors of text, background, and frame line as the elements constituting this operation button are displayed, and colors of the respective elements can be selected using these color palettes. It is similar for in the second color selector display area.

Abstract: A system and a method for aiding in the use of a facility arranged to equip each visitor with a portable information storing unit is provided for registering several visitors as a group in the portable information storing unit such as an IC card. One visitor holding the portable information storing unit can grasp how another visitor of the group is moving about the facility and exchange a message with another visitor. Further, the facility provides access terminals for the portable information storing unit, on which the visitable unit facilities, the visiting history of each visitor, and a waiting time of each unit facility are displayed.

Abstract: A system and a method for designing an accessory are disclosed. Upon selection by a user of a commodity including an accessory such as a necklace, a pendant, a finger ring, an earring or a bracelet which he/she wants to design, a multiplicity of photographic images of various types of parts making up the particular accessory constituting the commodity are displayed in order to enable the user to design the accessory by himself/herself. The user repeats the simulation of selecting a preferred one of the multiplicity of parts of various types on display, moving the selected part to a specified area in the display screen and appropriately combining each part thus moved. The user thus decides to produce an accessory of his/her own originality to his/her liking.
