Abstract: Provided is an impregnated pesticide granular composition for soil application comprising: a) a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor competitive modulator or a ryanodine receptor modulator; b) a polar organic solvent having, among Hansen solubility parameters, a dP of 4.5 or larger and 11.0 or smaller, and a dH of 4.5 or larger and 11.0 or smaller; and c) a water-insoluble, oil-absorbing granular carrier having an oil absorption capacity of 1 to 70%, and a particle diameter of 0.2 to 2.0 mm, wherein the composition having a hardness of 0.2 kg or larger. According to the present invention, an impregnated pesticide granular composition for soil application that is capable of demonstrating a stable biological effect can be provided.

Abstract: A microcapsule is provided enclosing one or more compounds selected from pyrethroid compounds represented by Formula (1) or (2) wherein Ra represents a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, or a methyl group; Rb represents a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, a methyl group, or a trifluoromethyl group; and Rc represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a propargyl group, or a methoxymethyl group. The volume median diameter of the microcapsule is 2 to 100 ?m, the thickness of the microcapsule is 0.02 to 0.3 ?m, and the microcapsule is substantially free of a hydrophobic organic solvent.

Abstract: An aqueous pest control composition is provided consisting of: a) 0.01 to 2% by weight of a pyrethroid compound; b) 1 to 40% by weight of polypropylene glycol monopropyl ether which is at least one selected from the group consisting of dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether and tripropylene glycol monopropyl ether; c) 5 to 40% by weight of a water-soluble organic solvent which is at least one selected from the group consisting of glycol monoalkyl ether having 7 or less carbon atoms and glycol having 9 or less carbon atoms; d) 20 to 80% by weight of water; and e) 5% by weight or less of a formulation additive.
