    Abstract: Emulsion fuels can be effectively emulsified with a very small amount of a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein at least 1.25 on the average of the 3 X's stand for an acyl group having 10 to 18 carbon atoms, the remainder being a hydrogen atom, and the sum of numbers n1, n2 and n3 is in the range of from 2 to 50.
