    Abstract: The window regulator for lifting or pulling down a window glass of an automobile is of the arm type. The arm of the window regulator is connected to the window glass through a hinge mounted on a rotation axis extending in the widthwise (front/rear) direction of the window glass. This arrangement allows the arm of the window regulator to rotatably move on the rotation axis of the hinge in relation to the window glass, thereby leading to the smooth upward or downward movement of the window glass.
