Patent number: 11428118Abstract: In a method for predicting a turbine outlet temperature at a future use of a gas turbine based on a past use thereof, the turbine outlet temperature (objective variable) at the future use is predicted by a turbine outlet temperature model by using a parameter (explanatory variable) in environmental and operational conditions planned for the future use and a rotating speed of a fan (explanatory variable) planned for the future use, and coefficients with respect to the explanatory variables are identified through a learning. In the learning, the coefficients are identified based on a regression learning of the explanatory variables and the objective variable of the turbine outlet temperature model made by using the parameter, the rotating speed of the fan and the turbine outlet temperature at the past use of the gas turbine.Type: GrantFiled: October 1, 2018Date of Patent: August 30, 2022Assignee: IHI CORPOTATIONInventors: Nicolas Schmit, Masato Kaniwa, Yukihiro Kawano, Shiho Sodekoda

Self-position identifying method and device, and three-dimensional shape measuring method and device
Patent number: 8121399Abstract: The invention includes a step S1 for inputting into a computer coordinate values on a three-dimensional shape; a step S4 for structuring an environment model that partitions a spatial region, in which a three-dimensional shape exists, into a plurality of voxels of rectangular solids, and stores each position; and a step S5 for setting and recording a representative point and an error distribution thereof, within the voxel corresponding to the coordinate value. If there is no data in a previous measurement position, position matching is performed in a fine position matching step S7 so as to minimize an evaluation value regarding the distances between adjacent error distributions by rotating and translating a new measurement data and error distribution for the environment model for a previous measuring position, or rotating and translating an environment model for a new measuring position, relative to an environment model for a previous measuring position.Type: GrantFiled: December 15, 2006Date of Patent: February 21, 2012Assignee: IHI CorporationInventors: Toshihiro Hayashi, Yukihiro Kawano, Hideo Terada -

Patent number: 7008662Abstract: Warm and wet air are applied to brown rice with germinated germs, produced by adding water to the brown rice, for removing water attached to a surface of the rice. A surface of the germinated brown rice is polished by a rice-polishing machine while remaining the germinated germs to obtain rice with germinated germs. Water of about 1 to 10% of rice weight is added to soften the rice surface. The rice and granules whose granule size is set to a constant granule size smaller than that of the rice and which is heated to 60° C. or higher are mixed with the rice and stirred. Rice bran remaining on a rice surface after polishing is absorbed by the granules and is removed. And, the rice and granules are separated from each other.Type: GrantFiled: October 2, 2002Date of Patent: March 7, 2006Assignee: Satake CorporationInventors: Toshiko Satake, Shigeharu Kanemoto, Yukihiro Kawano, Nobuhiro Matsumoto, Kazuo Hironaka
