  • Patent number: 9555940
Abstract: There is provided a snap-on vial cap with a protective cover, which can be removed from a cap body by a constant removal force, and can hardly be attached to the cap body again, once being removed. A cap body 5 and a protective cover 6 are molded integrally by an insert molding method or a two-color-molding method, which generates moderate adhesive strength therebetween. An annular convex portion 12, 13 having a concave section 14 formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof is provided on the cap body 5, and an engagement portion 18 for engaging with the concave section 14 is provided on the protective cover 6, thereby enabling the protective cover 6 to be easily removed from the cap body 5 with good operativity while preventing the protective cover 6 from accidentally detaching. Alternatively, projections 23 provided on a top plate of the cap body 5 are engaged into a plug 4 to prevent the cap 1 from rotating.

  • Publication number: 20160067421
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a syringe which is capable of preventing an accident such that a patient inadvertently sticks her/his hand with an injection needle when improperly performing a needle retracting operation. A sleeve (10) is fitted around a syringe barrel (2) so as to be axially movable from an administration position such that the injection needle (5) projects to a distill side to an accommodation position such that the injection needle (5) is accommodated. A coil spring (16) for biasing the sleeve (10) toward the accommodation position is provided between the sleeve (10) and the syringe barrel (2), and is held in a compressed state in a spring holder (17). The spring holder (17) is disposed in association with the syringe barrel (2) so as to release the coil spring by further pushing the syringe barrel (2) to the distal side after completion of the administration of a liquid drug.

  • Patent number: 9227018
Abstract: A prefilled syringe of a before-use mixing type not requiring a bypass portion defined by a recessed inner surface portion of an outer cylinder, including first and second gaskets (4,5) fitted in the outer cylinder (2), and non-rotatively and complementarily shaped engagement portions (12, 13) respectively at a front end of the first gasket (4) and a rear end of the second gasket (5) to reduce the period for transferring a liquid between two chambers separated by the gaskets. During storage, the engagement portions abut each other to be kept out of engagement with each other, whereby a drug containing space is defined between the gaskets. When a liquid is transferred from a space defined on a rear side of the first gasket (4) to the drug containing space, the internal pressure of the drug containing space is prevented from being excessively increased.

  • Patent number: 9039664
Abstract: In a prefilled syringe including an elastic seal member to be pierced with a needle for use to eject a protein pharmaceutical preparation therefrom, the elastic seal member ensures smooth and reliable piercing thereof with the needle while reliably preventing an active substance of the protein pharmaceutical preparation from being adsorbed thereon. When a protective film (3) is laminated to a top surface of a seal body (2) of an elastic material, the protective film (3) is stretched to a greater extent by a recess (4) provided in the top surface. Further, the piercing portion to be pierced with the needle is provided in a bottom of the recess (4). Thus, the protective film (3) is formed as locally having a smaller thickness in the piercing portion.

  • Publication number: 20140135707
Abstract: Provided is a very safe pre-filled syringe that reduces the time and efforts required in administering the injection. In the pre-filled syringe, a needle unit attached to a vial includes: a substantially columnar retaining member with needles at both ends; a holder member holding the retaining member with three pillar-shaped parts; and a holder member holding the retaining member with three pillar-shaped parts and having an attachment portion for the vial. The needle unit is axially retractable when the pillar-shaped parts are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, and is not axially retractable when distal end surfaces of the pillar-shaped parts in one holder member face distal end surfaces of the pillar-shaped parts in the other holder member. Axially retracting the needle unit makes an injection needle project, and makes a perforation needle project inside the vial.

  • Patent number: 8573652
Abstract: An inlet hole capable of inserting a pipe thereinto is formed in a pipe joint body along an axis. Retainer attaching holes for attaching with a retainer that prevents detachment of the pipe are formed in a side surface of the pipe joint body to extend therethrough. These retainer attaching holes are configured symmetrically with respect to an X axis passing through a center of the inlet hole as a symmetrical axis. Thus, a circumference of the inlet hole opens symmetrically, so that the heat shrinkage condition after molding is equalized in the circumferential direction. Accordingly, it is not necessary to process a molding pin for the inlet hole with imbalance of heat shrinkage amount in mind, so that the molding pin becomes easy to process. In addition, the retainer can selectively utilize the retainer attaching holes at two positions, so that selective use depending on installation environment can be achieved.

  • Patent number: 8550135
Abstract: A pneumatic tire includes at least three belts arranged on a tire-radial-direction outer side of a carcass and a belt edge cushion arranged between a tire-width-direction outer end portion of a second belt that is secondly arranged from the tire-radial-direction outer side and a tire-width-direction outer end portion of a third belt that is thirdly arranged. The second belt is curved to a tire-radial-direction inner side in an area of the belt edge cushion in a tire width direction. A tire-width direction outer end of a first belt that is firstly arranged from the tire-radial-direction outer side is provided in a position close to a tire-width-direction inner end of the belt edge cushion in the tire width direction.

Abstract: An inlet hole capable of inserting a pipe thereinto is formed in a pipe joint body along an axis. • Patent number: 8281962
Abstract: A tongue and groove arrangement guides an outer cap in an axial direction with respect to an inner cap. When a cap is fixed to a mouth of a container body, the outer cap is located in a direction of separating from the inner cap in the axial direction, and an inner face of a top wall of the outer cap is separated from a valve to urge the valve in a direction of projecting from a discharge hole of an inside plug, causing the discharge hole to close. When the cap is detached and removed from the mouth, the outer cap is moved in a direction of approaching the inner cap in the axial direction, and the inner face abuts the valve urged in a direction of separating from the discharge hole while resisting against an urging member, causing the discharge hole to open.

  • Patent number: 8046276
Abstract: A receiving section receives a supply request for product from a terminal set up at a shop or a terminal used by a client. A first determination processing section determines whether a product in stock can be reserved for an order. A first reserve processing section reserves the product in stock for the order when the first determination processing section determines that the product can be reserved. A second determination processing section determines whether a semifinished product necessary for manufacturing a final product can be reserved when the first determination processing section determines that the product reserve is inadequate. A second reserve processing section reserves the semifinished product for the order when the second determination processing section determines that the semifinished product can be reserved.
