  • Publication number: 20090150358
Abstract: Disclosed is a search device including an extraction unit to extract search information from information inputted from environment by using a data mining analysis, a storing unit to store the search information, a selection unit to select supplementary information from the search information stored in the storing unit based on a keyword inputted from a terminal and profile information, a first transmission unit to transmit the keyword and the supplementary information to a search engine, and a second transmission unit to transmit to the terminal a search result outputted from the search engine. The supplementary information supplements to the keyword, and the profile information manages updating the storing unit for each user.

  • Patent number: 6667639
Abstract: A frequency multiplying system includes a frequency multiplier for multiplying a reference frequency to generate an internal clock, a delay circuit for introducing a variable delay to the internal clock, a plurality of clock generators each for generating first clocks in number corresponding to the number of frequency multiplication. The first clocks have the reference frequency and consecutive phase shifts from the phase of the reference-frequency clock. One of the first clocks having a rising edge leading from and nearest to the rising edge of the reference clock is selected and fed back to a phase comparator for controlling the variable delay of the delay circuit.

  • Patent number: 5412612
Abstract: A semiconductor storage apparatus is provided which can be used as a primary storage apparatus and a secondary storage apparatus and which allows both high accessibility and non-volatile storage of information. A volatile RAM section is a semiconductor memory adapted to load information to be stored and can be accessed at a high speed from the outside by way of a central control section. A non-volatile RAM section is another semiconductor memory into which information can be electrically reloaded and which does not require a power supply for holding stored contents. Under the control of a save/reload control section of the central control section, a memory mutual access control section is activated and saving/reloading of stored information is performed between the volatile RAM section and the non-volatile RAM section by a volatile RAM access control section and a non-volatile RAM access control section.
