  • Patent number: 10150271
Abstract: A press machine includes a servo amplifier configured to supply a drive current to a servo motor, a current detector for detecting the drive current, a rotational angle detector for detecting a rotational angle of a rotary motion provided by the servo motor, and a controller. The controller is configured to set a press production speed by setting a correspondence between rotational angles and rotational speeds at the rotational angles, which defines the rotary motion. The controller is configured to determine whether or not the drive current detected by the current detector is greater than or equal to a first threshold. The controller is configured to reduce all the rotational speeds by an equal ratio when the drive current detected by the current detector is greater than or equal to the first threshold.

  • Publication number: 20040203936
Abstract: It is the objective of the present invention to realize a highly flexible communication system, in which a communication terminal can freely change from master station operating mode to slave station operating mode or vice versa at its own spontaneous request. In order to achieve this objective, a communication terminal of the present invention, by switching from one mode to the other, operates in either master station operating mode for communicating with a plurality of slave stations that constitute a communication system, and also for controlling the communication system, or slave station operating mode for operating as a slave station in response to a control message from a master station. When terminal 2 operating in slave station operating mode needs to operate as the master station, terminal 2 informs terminal 5, which is the master station, of a transition request REQ 1, for making the transition to the master station.

  • Patent number: 6473537
Abstract: A process and system capable of accurately extracting the image of a light ray projected onto a workpiece from various images even if the projected light image formed on the workpiece is short in length. A first picture image picked up prior to bending of the workpiece W and a second picture image picked up after completion of the bending operation are respectively assigned to XY pixels, and these pixels are divided into two groups according to whether each pixel is assigned either of the picture images, thereby obtaining images a and b. Each pixel of the image a is compared to its corresponding pixel of the image b, these pixels having the same coordinate value, and logical operation is performed based on a logical operation table. In this way, a pixel image (image c) which corresponds to the projected light image formed on the workpiece only can be extracted.
