    Abstract: An image processing device, which performs, on image data, image quality adjustment processing and resize processing to adjust an image size to a target size, and which outputs processed image data, including: an adjustment parameter creation unit which creates adjustment parameters for the image quality adjustment processing, on the basis of original image data; a contrast information creation unit which acquires the image size of the original image data and the target size, and creates size contrast information; a resize amount detection unit which determines the resize amount in the resize processing on the basis of the size contrast information; and an adjustment parameter modification unit which modifies the adjustment parameters in accordance with the resize amount.
