  • Patent number: 9475376
Abstract: Annular liquid chamber resonance in an inverted type liquid sealed mount is controlled without using flow resistance. In an engine mount including a secondary liquid chamber located in an upper position, a primary liquid chamber located in a lower position, a main body section of an insulator projecting upwardly in substantially a chevron shape, and an annular liquid chamber formed around the main body section, a control projection is provided on an outside wall of the main body section to project upwardly and configured to produce elastic body resonance in the vicinity of a resonance frequency of annular liquid chamber resonance. With this construction, the annular liquid chamber resonance is controllable by the elastic body resonance of the control projection, and the control projection is increased in size so as to endure flow resistance whereby to improve durability.

  • Patent number: 9470287
Abstract: In the inverted type liquid sealed engine mount in which a secondary liquid chamber is located above, an insulator protrudes in a mountain shape into a primary liquid chamber, and a resistor is provided within an annular recess section formed around the protruding portion. The resistor is mounted by insertion into an engaging recess of a lining layer and elastically supported by ribs so as to be movable in the annular recess section due to liquid flowing in the circumferential direction. A regulation gap is provided between the resistor and the insulator. Although a peculiar resonance occurs when the liquid passes through the regulation gap, the peak of the anti-resonance is decreased and the frequency is moved, since the resistor is movable.

  • Patent number: 9212720
Abstract: A partition member for partitioning a primary liquid chamber and a secondary liquid chamber is provided with a damping orifice passage and an elastic partition member. A stopper leg portion is integrally formed with and projects from a lower wall of an elastic diaphragm portion provided in a central region of the elastic partition member 30 so as to be pressed on a pressed surface of a support wall of a frame member. A third liquid chamber is defined by the support wall, the elastic partition member and the stopper leg portion and is opened in the vicinity of a primary liquid chamber side opening of the damping orifice passage through a relief passage. The pressed surface is increased in diameter as it goes upward.

  • Patent number: 9004467
Abstract: A partition member for partitioning a primary liquid chamber and a secondary liquid chamber is provided with a damping orifice and an elastic partition member. A leg portion integrally projects from a lower surface of the movable diaphragm so as to be pressed vertically against a stopper surface formed on an upper surface of the bottom portion of a frame member. A third liquid chamber is defined between an outer circumferential portion of the leg portion and the support wall. When a bottom surface of the leg portion is pressed against the stopper surface, the third liquid chamber is sealed to confine a hydraulic fluid thereby increasing the internal pressure. When the leg portion is brought out of contact with the stopper surface, the third liquid chamber is opened to the secondary liquid chamber, thereby allowing the hydraulic fluid to flow out of the third liquid chamber.

  • Patent number: 8167286
Abstract: A cylindrical vibration isolating device having an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder surrounding the inner cylinder, an elastic leg having a pair of right and left leg portions to connect the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and, when viewed in the axial direction of the inner cylinder, being formed in a substantially inverted V-shape while placing the inner cylinder in an intermediate position, and a mass projection being provided in the elastic leg such that the mass projection resonates in a frequency range that the elastic leg causes bending resonance. The mass projection is provided outside of an inner restraint line that is a perpendicular line passing an outermost point of an inner restrained portion that is a connected portion between the inner cylinder and the elastic leg.
