  • Patent number: 11955410
Abstract: An electronic component includes: a first lead frame; a second lead frame that is provided on the first lead frame; a first electronic component that is provided between the first lead frame and the second lead frame; a connection member that is provided between the first lead frame and the second lead frame; and an insulating resin that is filled between the first lead frame and the second lead frame so as to cover the first electronic component and the connection member. A first oxide film is provided on a surface of the first lead frame. A second oxide film is provided on a surface of the second lead frame. The first lead frame and the second lead frame are electrically connected to each other by the connection member.

  • Patent number: 11909266
Abstract: A rotor includes a core and two or more ribs. The core has a through hole group that includes three or more through holes arranged in a circumferential direction. The through hole group is formed through a predetermined magnetic pole. The two or more ribs are configured as portions of the core, with each rib being interposed between adjacent through holes. A first of the ribs has a first inclination with respect to a magnetic pole centerline. A second of the ribs has a second inclination with respect to the magnetic pole centerline. The second inclination is larger than the first inclination. The magnetic pole centerline is a straight line that passes through a radial center line of the magnetic pole and an axial center of the rotor. The first rib is narrower than the second rib.

  • Patent number: 9800106
Abstract: Satisfactory magnet torque is achieved while avoiding a reduction in the reluctance torque generated. The rotor core is provided with a plurality of magnet slots arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotor core and a gap formed of base holes and a projecting hole. The base holes extend from both ends in the circumferential direction of each magnet slot to the outer side of the rotor core. The projecting hole projects in the circumferential direction of the rotor core from at least one of peripheral portions, opposed to each other, of the base holes provided at both of the ends of the magnet slot, when viewed in an axial direction. The projecting hole is located closer to the magnet slot than to an outer peripheral side end of the base hole.
