    Abstract: A mobile communication system in accordance with the present invention is a system in which a mobile communication terminal 200 communicates with a plurality of mobile communication base stations 100 simultaneously using a multi-carrier radio communication scheme. It includes an upstream channel quality measuring section 108 for measuring the channel quality information of subcarriers between the mobile communication base stations 100 and the mobile communication terminal 200; and a subcarrier allocation deciding section 16 for deciding the subcarrier allocation for each mobile communication base station 100 according to the channel quality information of subcarriers measured.
