    Abstract: A contents distribution control system calculates an estimated load of a Proxy 3 with respect to content to be distributed to a mobile wireless terminal 1 based on a throughput of the mobile wireless terminal 1, and has a DEC 5 which flattens or lessens a distribution schedule in order to prevent a total load on the Proxy 3 from being over a predetermined value based on both a traffic template prepared beforehand of the Proxy 3 and the estimated load.
