  • Publication number: 20140251664
Abstract: In a ceramics substrate comprising a surface layer conductor having a sufficient thickness for a flow of a large current, wherein the conductor is buried in a surface region of the substrate, a crack caused by a temperature change of the substrate is effectively suppressed. In the ceramics substrate comprising the surface layer conductor having the sufficient thickness for the flow of the large current, wherein the conductor is buried in the surface region of the substrate, a shape of a cross section of a part of the surface layer conductor, the part being buried in a base, cut by a plane perpendicular to the surface is configured such that an end portion of the buried part at a side of the surface is wider than an end portion of the buried part at a side opposite to the surface.

  • Patent number: 8102234
Abstract: A layered inductor is manufactured by layering “silver-based conductive layers” and “ferrite-based magnetic layers” and simultaneously firing these layers. The conductive layers are via-connected to form a helical coil. A shape of a cross sectional surface of the conductive layer, cut by a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of each of the conductive layers is a substantial trapezoid shape, having an upper base and a lower base. A base angle ? of the trapezoid shape at both ends of the lower base is equal to or greater than 50° and is smaller than or equal to 80°.

Abstract: A layered inductor 10 is manufactured by layering “silver-based conductive layers” and “ferrite-based magnetic layers” and simultaneously firing these layers. The conductive layers are via-connected to form a helical coil 30.

  • Patent number: 7730833
Abstract: A method for producing a screen print having a given print pattern formed on a printing material by sliding a squeegee over a screen of a screen printing plate that includes the screen being disposed above the printing material in the form of a printing plate frame while keeping a given clearance therebetween. As such, the ratio (LP/LF) of a length (LP) of a side of the printing pattern perpendicular to the axis of the sliding direction of the squeegee to an internal size (LF) of a side of the printing plate frame perpendicular to the axis of the sliding direction of the squeegee is 0.45 or more, and an optimum clearance between the printing material and the screen printing plate is then selected and set on the basis of the correlation between the clearance and the degree of deviation in printing position of the print pattern.

  • Publication number: 20080223234
Abstract: The method for producing a screen print having a given print pattern formed on a printing material by sliding a squeegee over a screen 3 of a screen printing plate comprising the screen 3 disposed above the printing material with keeping a given clearance C and a printing plate frame. The ratio (LP/LF) of a length (LP) of a side of the printing pattern perpendicular to axis of the sliding direction of the squeegee to an internal size (LF) of a side of the printing plate frame perpendicular to axis of the sliding direction of the squeegee is 0.45 or more, and an optimum clearance between the printing material and the screen printing plate is selected and set on the basis of correlation between the clearance CL (0.1-2 mm) and the degree of deviation in printing position of the print pattern.

  • Patent number: 5991492
Abstract: The present invention aims to prevent formation of defect or break-off at ridges of fixing grooves of optical fiber-fixing substrates, when an optical fiber is received in the fixing groove or when an end surface of the substrate is polished by a grinding work. For that purpose, the ridges of the fixing grooves of the substrate have a curvature of radius of not less than 5 .mu.m over the entire portion of the ridges viewed in the lateral cross-sectional view of the fixing grooves. Preferably, the bottoms of the fixing grooves of the substrate have a curvature of radius of not more than 5 .mu.m viewed in the lateral crass-sectional view of the fixing groove. The fixing grooves may be produced by press forming.
