  • Publication number: 20240139895
Abstract: A cutting fluid circulation device includes a tank reservoir, a drum filter, and a pump. The tank reservoir stores cutting fluid discharged from a machine tool. The drum filter is disposed in the tank reservoir. The drum filter performs as a primary filter that filters cutting fluid. The pump pumps up cutting fluid in the tank reservoir. An annular flow channel in which the cutting fluid filtered by the drum filter circulates is formed in the tank reservoir. A part of the cutting fluid pumped up by the pump is fed to the drum filter, used for cleaning the drum filter, and then returned to the annular flow channel, and a part of the remaining cutting fluid is fed to a secondary filter disposed outside the tank reservoir, filtered by the secondary filter, and then returned to the annular flow channel.

  • Patent number: 7853162
Abstract: A fixing device capable of suitable fixing even after moving to a print mode by reducing overshoot at moving to a print mode, and an image forming device using this. A mode switching unit informs a set or switched print mode to a calorie control unit and a rotation speed control unit. The calorie control unit controls supply power to a fixing roller, a heating roller and a fixing belt, that is a heating output from a heating means consisting of the fixing roller, the heating roller and the fixing belt according to a print mode informed from the mode switching unit. Therefore, the image fixing temperature of a non-fixed image at the heating means can be maintained at a specified temperature corresponding to a print mode.

  • Patent number: 7620338
Abstract: A fixing apparatus has a heater that includes a magnetic shunt alloy whose Curie temperature is set higher than a fixing temperature; an induction heater that generates an alternating magnetic field applied to the magnetic shunt alloy and performs electromagnetic-induction heating on the heater; and a body controller that controls the induction heater so as to adjust the fixing temperature in each fixing job. The body controller controls the induction heater so as to perform electromagnetic-induction heating on the heater, during a period between fixing jobs. The body controller thereby reduces a temperature difference generated on the heater between portions corresponding to paper feeding and non-paper feeding areas in a previously executed fixing job.

  • Publication number: 20090123170
Abstract: When the rotational speed of rotatable heating means for thermally fixing an image on a recording paper is changed from a first rotational speed of the highest level to a second rotational speed of the lowest level by changing the operation mode of a fixing device, the direct change from the first rotational speed to the second one may increase the overshoot of the temperature of the heating means. This shortens the life of the belt and causes an error of abnormally high temperature. To avoid an excessive overshoot of the temperature of the heating means, after the heating means is rotated for a predetermined time at a third rotational speed between the first and second rotational speeds, the rotational speed is changed to the second one.

  • Patent number: 4744093
Abstract: A method of detecting the levels of phase pulse signals involves the establishment of a pilot channel in addition to channels into which phase pulse signals are injected. Prior to the injection of the phase pulse signals, a transmitter injects a pilot signal into the pilot channel. A receiver sets a reception threshold level to a level somewhat lower than the peak level of the pilot signal, and a detection of the levels of the phase pulse signals is carried out by comparing the phase pulse signals with the reception threshold level established by the pilot signal so that ghost signals below the threshold level are eliminated.

  • Patent number: 4563679
Abstract: An address discrimination channel and terminal selection channels are established in the low-noise region of a first one of two succeeding cycles of an alternating current carrier wave, whereas returning channels are established in the low-noise region of the second cycle of the same. A receiver inserts an address discrimination phase-pulse signal and a terminal selection phase-pulse signal, respectively, into the address discrimination channel and the terminal selection channels of the aforementioned first cycle. A terminal equipment inserts a returning phase-pulse signal into the returning channels of the aforementioned second cycle when it detects the address discrimination phase-pulse signal on the address discrimination channel, and the terminal selection phase-pulse signal having an address code coinciding with the address code of said terminal equipment on the terminal selection channels.
