  • Patent number: 9727525
Abstract: Data exchange section 104 has a step of determining whether or not pairs of the transmission selecting conditions and reception selecting conditions satisfy a standard for exchanging, through a determined pair, data between a transmission user who corresponds to a transmission selecting condition in the determined pair and a reception user who corresponds to a reception selecting condition in the determined pair. Data exchange system 100 exchanges data satisfying both the transmission selecting condition and the reception selecting condition in the determined pair between the transmission user and the reception user, respectively corresponding to the transmission selecting condition and the reception selecting condition in the determined pair.

  • Patent number: 7962492
Abstract: Data management security against leakage or loss of personal information is achieved by setting a division range for dividing personal information into identification information that enables a specific individual to be identified and attribute information that does not by itself enable a specific individual to be identified.

  • Patent number: 6289739
Abstract: A sacrificial specimen for use in monitoring a long-term stress intensity of a structure including a main body made of a metal and having an artificial crack formed at a central region thereof, and a pair of metal or synthetic resin thin plates each having a slit formed at a central region, said pair of thin plates being cemented together with interposing the main body therebetween such that said artificial crack is exposed outside through the slits. The sacrificial specimen is cemented onto a structure whose long-term stress intensity has to be monitored such that a central portion corresponding to the central regions of the main body and thin plates is not secured to the structure surface. When the sacrificial specimen is subjected to stress, the slits formed in the thin plates are deformed largely and a fatigue crack is produced in the main body such that the fatigue crack extends from the artificial crack.

  • Patent number: 5789680
Abstract: A sacrificial specimen for use in monitoring fatigue damage of a structural member including a main body made of the same material of the structural member and having an artificially formed crack at a central region thereof, and first and second thin epoxy resin plates cemented to both surfaces of the main body by an epoxy resin adhesive agent except for the central region. The main body is made by a thin metal plate having a thickness of 0.25 mm. In order to keep the central region of the main body free from the adhesive agent, a synthetic resin film is wound around the central region of the main body. The sacrificial specimen is secured to a surface of the structural member by means of an epoxy resin adhesive agent. A condition of fatigue crack growth at the artificially formed crack is monitored by a microscope, and fatigue crack of the structural member can be predicted from the monitored condition.

  • Patent number: 5728484
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to improve reliability of a battery cell by preventing residual stress in the ting of a sealing gasket so as to provide a sealing gasket which does not crack. The object is achieved by a sealing gasket for a battery cell produced by injecting molten resin into a cavity from a gate which corresponds to a tip of a resin injection nozzle of a metal mold, wherein a ring forming a body of the gasket has an inward protrusion projecting inwardly from an internal surface of the ring and the gate is operatively disposed at a part which corresponds to the inward protrusion. In the sealing gasket so-produced, residual stress is generated in the inward protrusion. Therefore, the strength of the ring does not deteriorate because of the effects of the residual stress and cracking of the gasket can be prevented.
