  • Publication number: 20230272740
Abstract: A soundproof cover which covers a target object is provided with: a sound absorbing sheet which is formed in a planar shape by means of a sound absorbing material and which covers the surface of the target object; and a reinforcing member which is disposed in a position engaging with engaged portions of the target object, and which positions the sound absorbing sheet with respect to the target object with at least a portion of the sound absorbing sheet exposed. The reinforcing member is provided with: a first reinforcing portion, which is an elongate member and which is disposed in a position engaging with a first engaged portion of the target object; and second reinforcing portions, which are elongate members and which are disposed in different positions to the first reinforcing portion.

  • Patent number: 8336671
Abstract: A soundproofing cover that has a sufficiently high soundproofing performance and that allows another member to be reliably attached to the soundproofing cover with a screw-fastening structure is provided. The soundproofing cover includes a cover body, a sound absorbing layer made of a urethane foam and formed integrally with the back surface of the cover body, and a nut member having a threaded hole that opens at both sides of the nut member in an axial direction. The nut member is embedded in the cover body in a manner such that an opening of the threaded hole in the nut member at a first end in the axial direction opens at a front surface of the cover body and an opening of the threaded hole at a second end in the axial direction is blocked by a blocking portion that is formed integrally with the cover body.

  • Patent number: 5423930
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an electronic component having a concave portion. A ceramic laminate is prepared having a plurality of sheets with burnaway film formed thereon. The burnaway film material is capable of being burned away by firing. The burnaway film is provided in layers in positions corresponding to the desired position of the concave portion. Firing the ceramic laminate burns out the burnaway film, and a sintered body is formed with a plurality of cavities provided in layers between a plurality of thin laminate layers. Crushing the thin layers of the sintered body forms the concave portion.

  • Patent number: 5424906
Abstract: In order to obtain a stator of a variable capacitor, prepared is a ceramic laminate having a stator electrode provided in its interior and a plurality of burnaway films of carbon or resin, which can be burned away by firing, provided in positions corresponding to that of a concave portion in the form of layers. This ceramic laminate is fired to burn out the burnaway films thereby obtaining a sintered body provided with a plurality of cavities and a plurality of thin layers, and this sintered body is barrel-polished to crush the thin layers, thereby forming a concave portion. A rotor of a metal forming a rotor electrode is arranged on the stator obtained in the aforementioned manner. A cover of a metal is fixed to the stator through an engaging member engaging in the concave portion of the stator, to rotatably store the rotor while pressing the rotor against the stator by a spring action part.
