  • Patent number: 5229922
Abstract: An electrical junction box is constituted by accommodating bus-bar circuit board composed of a plurality of bus-bars and an insulating plate in a case member composed of upper, lower and side cases. The bus-bar has a terminal for a connector vertically erecting from the surface of the bus-bar and introduced into fastening portions of the upper and lower cases and a terminal extending in parallel to the surface of the bus-bar while keeping a level difference so as to be accommodated in the housing of the side case at a predetermined pitch. In order to easily align the terminals and easily assemble and fasten a predetermined terminal or a connector, a boss and a cut portion are formed to correspond to the insulating plate for the purpose of supporting the terminal. As an alternative to this, a support member is inserted between the insulating plates.

  • Patent number: 4956748
Abstract: A wiring apparatus for automobiles includes option-circuit blocks having optional circuits which are specific to certain models and classes of automobiles. The option-circuit blocks have a first group of connectors adapted for mating with a second group of connectors on a basic block which also includes a third group of connectors. The basic-circuit block and the option-circuit blocks are accommodated in a housing in which terminal connectors are placed to be matingly connected with the third group of connectors. The basic-circuit block is secured to the housing and both mechanical and electrical connections between the option-circuit block and the basic-circuit block are simultaneously established as the basic-circuit block is secured to the housing.

  • Patent number: 4954102
Abstract: A wiring connection apparatus is disclosed in which an electric connection box connected to connectors of terminals of wire harnesses is housed and fixed in a protecting cover. A reception seat for fixing the electric connection box by means of a screw is fixed to the protecting cover. A lock unit is provided between the reception seat and the connectors of the terminals of the wire harnesses so that the electric connection box and the connectors may be simultaneously connected to each other when the electric connection box is fixed to the reception seat by the screw.

  • Patent number: 4866217
Abstract: A new bus bar circuit board structure is provided. The structure comprises insulation substrates and a plurality of bus bars arranged on the insulation substrates parallelly with each other. The respective substrates have an edge portion and each bus bar has a portion bend erected from the respective substrate along the edge portion thereof to form frame-shaped gate portions, each frame-shaped gate portion being within another frame-shaped gate portion and separated therefrom by way of a gap when developed in plan view.
