  • Patent number: 5661407
Abstract: The invention provides efficient probe testing of integrated circuits. Bonding pads of the integrated circuits are provided with logic state components and data recording components. Logic circuits of the above components are serially connected to form shift registers. The shift registers permit input and output of data by an integrated circuit test device through a small number of test pads. The number of test pads remain the same for different types of integrated circuits. A single set of test pads may be used to probe test all the integrated circuits of a single semiconductor wafer.

  • Patent number: 4767302
Abstract: In a conventional multiplunger transfer molding die apparatus having plungers for pressurizing molding material put in plural material supply pots formed in each mated surface of upper and lower chase blocks, when the pitch of the material supply pots is required to change, the whole die apparatus has been exchanged, thus a complicated adjustment work of the plunger pitch, a broad die storage space, an uneconomical die apparatus preparation being required. To overcome these problems, only the upper and lower chase blocks are exchanged and the pitch of plungers is adjusted according to the replaced chase blocks by means of locating means.

  • Patent number: 4686593
Abstract: A magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus having an opening and closing door for loading and unloading a magnetic sheet pack, the door being adapted to override a position wherein the door is locked and then to return thereto, upon loading the magnetic sheet pack. The door has a pressure member which, during the overriding movement of the door, presses a center core of the magnetic sheet to forcibly mount the magnetic sheet onto a spindle. The pressure member is spaced from the center core when the door retreats to its locked position, in which the door cannot move in any direction. A switching member is provided so as to control a driving motor for the spindle in cooperation with the action of a mechanical device for locking the door.
