In the case of an acceleration/deceleration action schedule, an illuminance distribution of the speedometer dial plate, a virtual pointer or the like is used to express the action schedule such that the driver is able to intuitively ascertain the acceleration or deceleration.     Abstract: A layered-up veneer board is formed by layering veneers up to a predetermined height such that the fiber directions of the respective veneers are alternately perpendicular to one another, and the layered-up veneer board is compressed by a compression device, to remove moisture contained in the veneers. Wood is a material in which the tensile strength in the fiber direction of the wood is higher than the tensile strength in the direction perpendicular to the fiber direction. With this layering scheme, even when stress is applied to the veneers and causes elongational deformation of these veneers as a result of compressing the layered-up veneer boards in the layering direction, elongational deformation of the veneers in the directions perpendicular to the fiber directions thereof can be reduced.

With this method, when low-carbon martensitic stainless steel pipes used for pipelines for transportation of petroleum and natural gas are subjected to circumferential welding, the circumferential welding can be performed efficiently using a low-cost welding material having a composition similar to the composition of the low-carbon martensitic stainless steel pipes. Pipe ends of low-carbon martensitic stainless steel pipes containing prescribed components are butted against each other and subjected to multi-pass arc welding using a welding material containing prescribed components. In the first pass in the multi-pass arc welding, CMT welding is performed in which the welding material is moved back and forth against a molten pool to generate an arc intermittently. In the second and subsequent passes, one selected from GMA welding, GTA welding, and the CMT welding is performed.
