  • Publication number: 20180105909
Abstract: Provided is a forging method for highly increasing hardness of a forged product as well as suppressing a decrease in the hardness in a use environment. The forging method includes a warm-forging step (S105) of warm-forging a metallic workpiece 10 which has been solutionized; and an artificial aging step (S106) of artificially aging the workpiece 10 after the warm-forging step (S105) in advance, at equal to an environmental temperature or higher than a temperature at which a product of the workpiece is used after production. Here, an equivalent plastic strain of the workpiece that increases between before and after the warm-forging step is in the range from 0.1 to 2.5.

  • Patent number: 7794950
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a novel method for detecting irradiation treatment of foods. The present invention provides a method for detecting irradiation treatment of foods comprising the steps of (A) obtaining a fraction containing one or more irradiation-generated fragments of natural high-molecular weight compound(s) from a food sample, and (B) reacting the fraction with one or more antibodies capable of recognizing the one or more fragments, thereby detecting the one or more fragments. The invention also provides a kit for detecting irradiation treatment of foods.

  • Patent number: 5330023
Abstract: A vehicle steering system, suitable for steering the rear wheels of a four wheel steering vehicle, comprising a steering rod received in a housing assembly so as to be moveable in the longitudinal direction, an indicator member is connected to the steering rod by way of a connecting arm member extending radially from the steering rod so that the steering output of the steering system may be detected by cooperation between a sloping surface provided in the indicator member and a stroke sensor mounted on the housing assembly and engaged to the sloping surface and/or so that the rotation of the steering rod around its central axial line may be prevented.
