  • Patent number: 4681143
Abstract: An electromagnetic directional control valve for changing over flow paths of fluid comprises a plunger disposed in a case and being capable of moving from a neutral position in one axial direction by a first solenoid and in the other axial direction by a second solenoid to participate in the changeover of the flow paths. First and second stoppers bearing against the plunger are moved together with the plunger respectively in one axial direction and the other axial direction. First and second springs bias the first and second stopper respectively in the direction of abutting against the plunger. The plunger is stopped at the first neutral position held by the first and second springs, at a second position to which the plunger is moved in one axial direction by the first solenoid against the first spring and a third position to which the plunger is moved in the other axial direction by the second solenoid against the second spring.

  • Patent number: 4541302
Abstract: In a vehicle body structure wherein a reinforcement panel is fixedly arranged at an angle to reinforce an upright fire-wall panel in the form of a rear wall of an engine room for mounting a power transmission unit together with an internal combustion engine in the engine room and wherein each of the panels is provided with a through hole through which at least a push-pull cable of the power transmission unit extends into the vehicle compartment to be connected to a manual shift lever, a support structure for the push-pull cable comprises a pair of cover members of elastic material fixedly coupled over the through hole of each of the panels for resiliently supporting and clamping the push-pull cable thereon and for closing the interior space between the panels.

  • Patent number: 4155530
Abstract: A brake tube protector for use in vehicles to protect the brake tube, which is led or arranged axially along the external periphery of the rear axle housing, from being damaged by impact with or striking by other members or materials. The protector is made of an elongated rectangular steel plate by press-working in such a manner as to form a pair of parallel longitudinal ribs on both sides thereof and thereby to be of substantially Roman M letter configuration in its cross-sectional view, and is to efficiently protect the brake tube which is accommodated in a channel formed between the pair of ribs.
