Patent number: 11152880Abstract: A control apparatus includes a controller that controls, by vector control, voltages and currents to be supplied to plural phases of a brushless motor. The vector control is performed through rotation control using a q-axis current predominantly to control rotation of a rotor, and field fixing control using a d-axis current predominantly in response to reception of a stop command signal. The controller controls the brushless motor with reduced influence of a dead time, in which a high-side switching element and a low-side switching element of each of plural half-bridge circuits are simultaneously set to OFF. The plural half-bridge circuits are provided in association with the plural phases of the brushless motor and are configured to supply the voltages and the currents to the respective phases. The influence of the dead time is reduced through the field fixing control.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2020Date of Patent: October 19, 2021Assignee: FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp.Inventors: Motohiro Tokairin, Yukitoshi Takano, Yukio Kontani, Toyohiko Hoshino, Hitoshi Mikami

Publication number: 20110064498Abstract: A first image forming component forms an image on one side of the continuous paper conveyed by a first conveyance component based on a first reference position. The first reference position is a position that is disposed away from the first side edge of the continuous paper by a first width which is one of a measured width of the continuous paper and a pre-specified width for the continuous paper. A second image forming component forms an image on the other side of the continuous paper conveyed by a second conveyance component based on a second reference position. The second reference position is a position that is disposed away from the second side edge by a second width which is the other of the measured width of the continuous paper and the pre-specified width for the continuous paper.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 3, 2010Publication date: March 17, 2011Applicant: FUJI XEROX CO., LTD.Inventor: Yukitoshi Takano

Patent number: 6634820Abstract: The present invention provides a printer system that performs a printing operation on recording sheets of various types. In accordance with the present invention, the image of a recording sheet on which recording sheet identification information for identifying the type of the recording sheet and data identification information for identifying the type of print data is printed in advance is picked up by an image pick-up device. From the picked up image, the recording sheet identification information and the data identification information are extracted and then compared so as to detect inconsistency between the type of the recording sheet and the type of the data. By this printing system, a data printing operation can be performed on desired recording sheets.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 2001Date of Patent: October 21, 2003Assignee: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.Inventors: Takakazu Kobayashi, Yukitoshi Takano, Tamotsu Nishiura, Hiroshi Kaneyama, Seiichi Kurihara, Tetsu Takahashi, Shigenori Sasaki

Patent number: 6339692Abstract: This invention relates to a printing device that performs fixation after transfer, and which prevents the occurrence of no transfer even when feeding the paper backward starting printing from the next page after the final page. This printing device comprises image-formation units (3, 4) that transfer a toner image, a fixation unit (5), and a control unit (10). The control unit (10) control adjustment of the moisture content on either the final page or leading page. In order to do that, it lowers the fixation energy of the fixation unit (5) for the final page. There is a moisture-adjustment mechanism (16) that reduces the moisture content of the leading page. Heat energy is applied to the leading page by the fixation unit (5). This reduces the difference in the amount of shrinkage between the final page and the leading page, and prevents wrinkling of the leading page.Type: GrantFiled: December 26, 2000Date of Patent: January 15, 2002Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Hiroaki Yoshida, Masato Matsuzuki, Katsumi Adachi, Yoshikazu Yamamoto, Daisuke Fujii, Takashi Inui, Yukitoshi Takano
