  • Publication number: 20230226153
Abstract: It is intended to provide MSCs for transplantation that have an improved post-transplantation cell survival rate and engraftment rate and are highly safe with fewer adverse reactions, and a method for conveniently producing MSCs for transplantation having a high cell survival rate and engraftment rate. As means therefor, the present invention provides a stem cell for transplantation comprising an MSC capable of overexpressing IL-10.

  • Publication number: 20170327791
Abstract: Disclosed are a therapeutic agent for muscular dystrophy employing pluripotent stem cells obtained from dental pulp and a method for preparation thereof. The therapeutic agent for muscular dystrophy comprises pluripotent stem cell-enriched human dental pulp-derived cells as the active ingredient, and is prepared by a method of preparation comprising the steps of: (a) adding dental pulp-derived cells contained in a dental pulp suspension, in a culture vessel containing feeder cells whose proliferative ability is suppressed, onto a membrane having micropores that can block feeder cells from passing therethrough and supported within the vessel in a manner that avoids direct contact of the lower side face thereof with the feeder cells, and culturing the dental pulp-derived cells on the membrane while preventing direct contact with the feeder cells, and (b) recovering the cells having grown on the membrane as the pluripotent stem cell-enriched human dental pulp-derived cells.

  • Patent number: 4072792
Abstract: A fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) flat plate having no warps is continuously prepared by curing a continuous FRP plate molding material both top and back surfaces of which are covered with film-like sheetings by means of an ionizing radiation. In the process, the FRP molding material is continuously transported in lengthwise direction, and tensions are given to said film-like sheetings in both lengthwise and widthwise directions before and in the course of the irradiation.
