A detection unit of the plurality of detection units at least includes a first switch transistor, a second switch transistor, a drive electrode, and a photosensitive element. The microfluid substrate includes a base; a transistor array layer on a side of the base, first switch transistors and second switch transistors being on the transistor array layer; a photosensitive element array layer on a side of the transistor array layer away from the substrate, photosensitive elements being on the photosensitive element array layer; a first electrode layer on a side of the photosensitive element array layer away from the base; and a second electrode layer on a side of the first electrode layer away from the base.

Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a semiconductor pattern, a first gate, a second gate and a first metal part. The semiconductor pattern includes a first channel overlapping with the first gate, a second channel overlapping with the second gate, and a first connection part connecting the first channel with the second channel. The first metal part overlaps with the first connection part and is electrically connected to the first connection part. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is beneficial to improving the uniformity of current distribution of a transistor.

Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area. The display area includes multiple pixel areas and multiple light transmissive areas arranged in an array. The display panel further includes a dimming part and at least one photosensitive component. Along a thickness direction of the display panel, at least a part of the dimming part at least partially overlaps with the light transmissive areas. The photosensitive component is electrically connected to the dimming part. With the display panel and a display device according to the present disclosure, a display effect of the display panel can be effectively improved.

Abstract: Provided are a sensing circuit and a sensing method thereof, a sensor chip, and a display panel. The sensing circuit includes a first transistor including a first gate and a second gate, a first capacitor, a read circuit, and a bias compensation circuit. The first gate receives a sensing signal outputted by a sensor. The first capacitor is connected between the second gate and a first fixed potential signal terminal. The read circuit is connected between the first transistor and an output terminal of the sensing circuit. The bias compensation circuit is electrically connected to the first transistor and configured to input a bias voltage into the second gate of the first transistor. The bias voltage received by the second gate reduce the threshold voltage drift of the first transistor.

Abstract: A structure for an aircraft is disclosed including a fixed part, a panel member which is an outer member of the structure, and a plurality of connection units. Each of the plurality of connection units connects the panel member to the fixed part in an articulated manner. The plurality of connection units collectively forms an iso-static connection between the panel member and the fixed part, so that the structure has an invariant geometry. A suspension system, an engine assembly, and an aircraft including the structure are also disclosed.
