  • Patent number: 6245434
Abstract: This invention relates to a composition for preparing a nonflammable, light-weight radio wave absorber which has a capacity of absorbing radio waves at low frequency bands of 30 MHz to 1,000 MHz or at high frequency bands of over 1,000 MHz, a radio wave absorber using the above composition, a radio wave absorber using the radio wave absorber member, and a method for producing the above wave absorber member. The radio wave absorber composition for a low frequency band of 30 MHz to 1,000 MHz mainly consists of cement, light-weight aggregates, non-conductive fibers and synthetic resin emulsion. And, the wave absorber composition for a high frequency band of over 1,000 MHz mainly consists of cement, light-weight aggregates, carbon fibers and/or carbon graphite and synthetic resin emulsion.

  • Patent number: 5308891
Abstract: This invention relates to a heat insulator and a structure using the heat insulator and aims to provide a heat insulator which can be subject to a dry application using the heat insulator in the molded board or a wet application, having characteristics similar to those of a conventional inorganic heat insulator and a high strength which has not been provided before and to provide a structure using the above heat insulator. The heat insulator of this invention is prepared by mixing 3 to 50 parts by weight of synthetic resin emulsion in solid content equivalency, 1 to 20 parts by weight of organic microballoon, 0.3 to 5 parts by weight of carbon fiber and 10 to 200 parts by weight of inorganic microballoon with 100 parts by weight of cement. And the heat insulator of this invention is prepared by mixing 3 to 50 parts by weight of synthetic resin emulsion in solid content equivalency, 1 to 20 parts by weight of organic microballoon and 0.3 to 5 parts by weight of carbon fiber with 100 parts by weight of cement.

  • Patent number: 5283125
Abstract: This invention relates to a space forming dew condensation preventing structure and a dew condensation preventing steel door disposed at the entrance to a room. This invention aims to provide a space forming dew condensation preventing structure which has the heat-insulating performance similar to that of an organic heat insulator and the same fire retardance as a conventional inorganic heat insulator, and by forming a heat-insulating layer having a moisture absorbing and releasing property, adjusts the humidity in the room to a comfortable state, and can surely prevent the occurrence of dew condensation. This invention uses a heat insulator prepared by mixing 3 to 50 parts by weight of synthetic resin emulsion in solid content equivalency, 1 to 20 parts by weight of organic microballoon, 0.3 to 5 parts by weight of carbon fiber and 10 to 200 parts by weight of inorganic microballoon with 100 parts by weight of cement.
