Unfolded, the extensible portion 15 is extensible in the longitudinal direction X1 of the disposal tape 10. The disposal tape 10 in the unfolded configuration has a first connection region 31 where the extensible portion 15 and the fastening portion overlap and a second connection region 32 where the extensible portion 15 and the fixed portion 12 overlap.
