    Abstract: An apparatus is provided comprising an image acquisition unit which acquires an image capturing a state of a flow channel in a flow reactor through which a fluid flows to be reacted, and a detection unit which detects liquid leakage in the flow channel based on the acquired image. The apparatus comprises a detection member for detecting liquid leakage in the flow channel, the image acquisition unit acquires an image of the detection member, and the detection unit detects liquid leakage in the flow channel based on the image of the detection member. The detection member includes ground glass. The detection member is arranged below the flow channel, the image acquisition unit acquires an image of ground glass, and the detection unit detects liquid leakage in the flow channel in response to sensing variation in at least one of color or brightness in the image of the ground glass.
