  • Publication number: 20180037110
Abstract: A device is provided which performs highly-accurate control in low-torque regions while taking advantage of hydraulic pressure sealed-type hydraulic control devices. The device includes: a first characteristic (sealed pressurization) obtained by closing the on/off valve and driving an oil pump: a second characteristic (sealed depressurization) obtained by disabling drive of the oil pump and opening the on/off valve; and a third characteristic (flow-rate control) obtained by opening the on/off valve and driving the oil pump. In the process of supplying hydraulic pressure to a piston chamber in a low torque region, the device performs control according to the third characteristic. In the process of pressurizing the piston chamber in a torque region higher than the low torque region, the device performs control according to the first characteristic. In the subsequent process of depressurizing the piston chamber, the device performs control according to the second characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20180029472
Abstract: To provide a device to facilitate protection of a clutch while minimizing degradation of the torque transmission performance. A hydraulic clutch for drive power distribution is provided between a drive power source and auxiliary driving wheels, and a commanded torque is determined depending on the travel situation. The hydraulic pressure corresponding to the commanded torque is supplied to the hydraulic clutch. The surface temperature of the clutch is estimated (detected). The device generates a limiting value to limit the commanded torque when the difference in rotation between input and output shafts of the clutch is not less than a predetermined threshold and the commanded torque is not less than a predetermined value and performs control so as to increase the limiting value with an increase in the surface temperature of the clutch.

  • Publication number: 20180009315
Abstract: A hydraulic control device for a vehicle is provided wherein a determination of “base neutral” is made when a difference between a command hydraulic pressure and an actual hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic clutch is within a predetermined minute value range, and when the difference is out of the minute value range, a determination of “base raising” is made if the command hydraulic pressure is larger than the actual hydraulic pressure, and a determination of “base lowering” is made if the command hydraulic pressure is smaller than the actual hydraulic pressure. The determination of “sub raising” is made when an inclination of command torque subjected to low-pass filter processing is positive for a predetermined time or more, and the determination of “sub lowering” is made when the inclination is negative for the predetermined time or more, whereby a rising or dropping tendency of the command torque is determined.

  • Patent number: 9815644
Abstract: A paper feed roller including an elastic layer composed of thermosetting polyurethane containing a plasticizer, wherein an amount of the plasticizer is within a range of 10 to 50 pts. mass based on 100 pts. mass of the thermosetting polyurethane, and a surface residual charge on the elastic layer is within a range of 90 to 170 V. The surface residual charge is a value determined by single-point measurement of a surface potential of the elastic layer. The measurement includes rotating the paper feed roller in a circumferential direction, electrifying the surface of the elastic layer with a corotron while rotating the paper feed roller, and measuring the surface potential at a center point on the paper feed roller in a roller axis direction in a position where the paper feed roller is rotated by 90 degrees from a position where the surface of the elastic layer is electrified.

  • Publication number: 20160238093
Abstract: A drive power distribution device includes a hydraulic pressure sealing-type hydraulic pressure control device for making an operation noise of an on-off valve such as a solenoid valve less recognizable to occupants of a vehicle. By closing the on-off valve and driving the oil pump, a hydraulic pressure detected using a hydraulic pressure detection means reaches a target hydraulic pressure, and fastening power of a hydraulic clutch is maintained at an oil pressure of hydraulic fluid sealed in an oil passage until the on-off valve is opened. The drive power distribution device closes the solenoid valve when the hydraulic pressure is detected to be equal to or less than a predetermined threshold hydraulic pressure and equal to or less than a predetermined threshold vehicle speed. This can prevent synchronization between an accelerator operation by a driver and a closing operation of the solenoid valve.
