  • Publication number: 20100021584
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing effectively fruit, fruit juice and alcoholic beverage containing a higher concentration of gamma-aminobutyric acid by a relatively simple operation. A fruit of increased gamma-aminobutyric acid content is manufactured by conducting once, or repeatedly conducting two or more times, an operation comprising anaerobic processing followed by aerobic processing of starting material fruit; and further anaerobically processing said fruit to obtain fruit of greater gamma-aminobutyric acid content than the starting material fruit. A fruit juice and an alcoholic beverage are manufactured with the fruit of increased gamma-aminobutyric acid content.

  • Patent number: 7496186
Abstract: A main unit of a key telephone system accommodates a plurality of terminal units of the key telephone system that use a LAN within company as extension lines and exchange calls with outside lines. The main unit of the key telephone system has a function as an IP server for the terminal units and stores and manages a database of information in a storing device. A terminal unit of the system accesses an IP address of the main unit of the key telephone system, and logs in to the main unit with predetermined first ID and password. The main unit of the key telephone system authenticates the first ID and password and registers the terminal unit of the key telephone system as an IP extension terminal unit, and allows the KTS terminal unit to voice communicate with another terminal unit of the key telephone system in accordance with the VoIP.

  • Patent number: 5354518
Abstract: A method of manufacture of a fiberscopic catheter having a tightly fitted optical glass fiber bundle received within an internal lumen of the catheter. The lumen for receiving the optical glass fiber bundle is heated and expanded under internal fluid pressure. The catheter and lumen are then cooled with the lumen still under the internal fluid pressure. After cooling, the fluid pressure is released and the lumen retains its expanded condition. An optical glass fiber bundle is inserted into the expanded lumen to a predetermined position within the catheter. The catheter and lumen are reheated to contract the expanded diameter of the lumen about the optical glass fiber bundle to provide a fiberscopic catheter having a tightly fitted fiber optic bundle within the catheter.

  • Patent number: 5222907
Abstract: A plug-in multiple-pin connector has a plug mounted on the backboard of a bookshelf-type unit and a socket mounted on the rear end of a package insertable into the bookshelf-type unit. The plug includes arrays of pins fixed to the bottom of a box-shaped insulative casing and an aligning plate having through holes through which the pins extend. The aligning plate is held in sliding contact with the inner wall surfaces of the plug. The socket has arrays of contact insertion holes defined therein and arrays of socket elements having ends each disposed in the contact insertion holes. When the socket is inserted into the plug, the socket pushes the aligning plate over the pins toward the casing bottom until the aligning plate is held against the casing bottom whereupon engaging prongs on the aligning plate are each forcibly fitted in engaging prongs in the aligning plate. When the socket is pulled out of the plug, the aligning plate is stopped against dislodgement by stoppers of the casing.
