  • Publication number: 20200238442
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a laser cutting field, and in particular to a laser cutting head for cutting hard, brittle products and a laser cutting device for cutting hard, brittle products. The laser cutting head includes a polarizing element, a binary phase element and a focusing element. The polarizing element, the binary phase element and the focusing element are disposed in sequence. The polarizing element, the binary phase element, and the focusing element are structured and configured together such that a laser light is configured to pass through the polarizing element to form a polarizing laser light that is emitted to the binary phase element, the binary phase element modulating phase of the polarizing laser light. A diffractive laser light is formed in a location of the binary phase element, which is emitted to the focusing element.

  • Patent number: 7683512
Abstract: A motor used to drive optical elements includes a stator, a rotor revolved relative to the stator, and a feedback apparatus used to sense the position of the rotor. The feedback apparatus is an encoder. Such described structure eliminates the system's instability caused by the drift of a conventional capacitive type transducer or an inductance type transducer. Moreover, the response of the motor used to drive optical elements has been improved greatly by utilizing a multipole motor.

  • Patent number: 6690692
Abstract: A third harmonic laser system includes a fundamental wave resonator for generating fundamental laser beam, a second harmonic laser generator for converting fundamental laser beam to a second harmonic laser beam, and a third harmonic laser generator for mixing the second harmonic laser beam with the fundamental laser beam so as to produce a third harmonic laser beam. Multi-pass tripling is used for producing the third harmonic laser beam by means of reflecting and polarizing mirrors, and that the outputted third harmonic laser beam has a high efficiency of about 51% and a high power up to 8.6 W.
