The organic light-emitting diode display device further includes a second electrode on the first, second and third light-emitting layers, and red, green and blue color filters disposed on the second electrode and corresponding to the red, green and blue sub-pixel regions, respectively, wherein a thickness of the first light-emitting layer is smaller than a thickness of the second light emitting layer.
