Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing an electronic device using a cyclic doping process including i) an operation of forming a unit transfer thin film including a two-dimensional material on a transfer substrate, ii) an operation of doping the unit transfer thin film in a low-damage doping process, iii) an operation of transferring the unit transfer thin film doped according to the operation ii) on a transfer target substrate, and iv) an operation of repeatedly performing the operations i) to iii) several times to reach a target thickness.

Abstract: An image recording/reproducing apparatus and a control method thereof to provide the functions of recording image files in a recording medium and reproducing and editing the image files recorded in the recording medium. The apparatus and method enables a user to easily select and manipulate functions of the apparatus using a menu display, and can record, reproduce and edit the image files according to the function selected by the user. The apparatus and method, therefore allows the user to easily select and manipulate the functions using a displayed menu, and more efficiently manage and easily search for the recorded image files.

Abstract: An image recording/reproducing apparatus and control method thereof is disclosed. If the mode shifts to the power-off mode, data loss at the temporary recording area can be avoided. Also, management and control of the recording device such as hard disk drive (HDD) becomes easier, and data management becomes more efficient. Additionally, any inability to edit recorded image/sound signals due to a shortage in capacity of the HDD can be prevented. System booting error can be avoided, and system stabilization is guaranteed, and a greater amount of space of the HDD can be efficiently utilized.

Abstract: An image recording/reproducing apparatus includes a first device for reproducing motion picture data from a recording medium, a second device for recording the data in a data recording region, and recording additional information containing a recording location information of the motion picture data and backup data for the additional information in a user recording region. The apparatus further includes, an abnormal operation detecting unit for determining whether an error occurs in the recording of the second device while the motion picture data is being recorded in the data recording region, a reset unit for re-driving the first and the second devices, when an error occurs, and a control unit for determining an error occurring location of the motion picture data recorded in the data recording region based on the additional information recorded in the user recording region of the re-driven second device.

Abstract: A video recording/reproducing apparatus and a method of using the apparatus to display a program list display. The video recording/reproducing apparatus comprises an interface unit installed in a main body, for receiving a user's input signal from an external input device enabling selections of functions supported by the video recording/reproducing apparatus, and a main control unit for displaying guidance information for programs stored in the storage device on receipt of a program list display requesting signal of the video signal stored in the storage device from the external input device, the guidance information including information on a still image extracted from a predetermined part of entire videos of the program. The displayed program guidance information includes still image information of the stored programs, so that the user can perceive the contents of the programs without executing the respective programs.
