    Abstract: A TFT array substrate comprising a substrate has a pixel region and a peripheral circuit region surrounding the pixel region, a TFT array, first lead lines, second lead lines, and first repair patterns is provided. The peripheral circuit region has an outer area and an inner area. The inner area is disposed between the pixel region and the outer area. The TFT array disposed in the pixel region includes a first conducting layer and a second conducting layer. The first lead lines and the second lead lines disposed in the peripheral circuit region are on the same layer of the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer respectively. The first repair patterns disposed in the inner area are sandwiched between the second lead lines and the substrate. At least a first pre-repair area is at a region where the second lead lines and the first repair patterns are overlapped.

    Abstract: A scheduling method in a wireless communication includes receiving a Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) from a plurality of terminals. The method also includes determining an average transmission rate of each terminal based on the CQI by approximating an instantaneous transmission rate distribution to a Gaussian distribution. The method further includes determining a weight of each terminal such that the average transmission rate of each terminal satisfies a target transmission rate. The method also includes selecting a terminal set by applying the determined weight. Thus, it is possible to control the fairness between the terminals and to efficiently control the transmission rate of the terminals according to the required transmission rate and the channel environment of the terminals.

The inter-symbol interference cancellation method includes transmitting, at a base station, an OFDMA symbol having a first half part and a second half part divided in time; receiving, at a mobile station, the OFDMA symbol; and restoring the OFDMA symbol by repeating one of the first half part or the second half part. The ISI cancellation method for an OFDMA communication system of the present invention uses an OFDMA symbol having two identical parts sequentially arranged in time, whereby it is possible to recover a transmitted OFDMA symbol if at least one of the two parts is successfully received.

Accordingly, it is possible to achieve power and allocation control to maximize the capacity of the overall network including neighbor cells increase the system capacity in a cellular system in which inter-cell interference is large, and adaptively perform a UE scheduling in real time to changing distribution of UEs because information on a change in the capacity of each cell is shared by periods.

A mobile subscriber (MS) measures a channel state, extracts channel state information corresponding to the channel state, estimates a segment type using the extracted channel state information, and if there is a need for a change in the segment type, the MS transmits a segment type change request message to a base station (BS). Upon receiving a segment type change grant message from the BS, the MS receives data in a segment type corresponding to the received message.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for reducing inter-subcarrier interference (ICI) in an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) system are provided. The method includes determining a correction frequency from uplink intermediate frequency (IF) signals subjected to analog-to-digital conversion when an uplink radio frequency (RF) signal is input through an antenna of a base station and each uplink IF signal (I(n)+j1(n)) is input,; and correcting the uplink IF signal so as to correspond to the determined correction frequency. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the ICI of each terminal caused by mismatching of the interval of the inter-subcarrier center frequency of each terminal that constitutes the uplink signal in the OFDMA system.
