Abstract: A mold insert positioning mechanism of an injection mold includes a top clamping plate, a cavity insert, a restricting bar, multiple screws and a cavity plate fastened on the top clamping plate. The mold cavity is arranged in an approximate central position of the cavity plate so as to form a locating surface, a second back side and a third wall. The accepting space is arranged on the edge of the cavity plate and communicates with the mold cavity so as to form a first front side, a first connecting side, a second front and a connecting side. The second back side urges the cavity insert to move in on the locating surface so as to position the cavity insert once the cavity insert moves in the mold cavity. Multiple screws lock the restricting bar and the cavity plate as an integral so that the cavity insert is positioned in the mold cavity completely.

Abstract: The injection die has a mold plate that has a main arm, a compressed board serve to lock down the mold insert within the mold plate and an ejection mechanism. The ejection mechanism has a columned ejector pin with a stopping protruded from one end of the ejector pin, an elastic module installed in the main arm to abut against the ejector pin to provide an elastic force, and a fixed board received in the main arm to withstand one end of the elastic module.

Abstract: An injection mold including a quick-change mold assembly has a stationary platen, a mold, a core, a spring and a plurality of blots. The stationary platen has a plurality of inserting holes defined at two side laterals and a plurality of first fixing holes defined at the said laterals besides a rear lateral. The mold has a chamber, a plurality of inserting apertures and second fixing holes. The inserting apertures are corresponding to the inserting holes. The second fixing holes are corresponding to the first fixing holes. The core is placed in the chamber of the mold. The springs are located in the inserting apertures. A plurality of bolts used for anchoring the mold and the core to the stationary platen are located in the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole.
