  • Patent number: 9876130
Abstract: After forming a layer of a Cu-deficient kesterite compound having the formula Cu2-xZn1+xSn(SySe1-y)4, wherein 0<x<1, and 0?y?1, on a substrate and forming a Ag layer on the Cu-deficient kesterite compound layer, the Cu-deficient kesterite compound layer and Ag layer are annealed in a S- and/or Se-rich ambient to provide a film containing a Ag—Cu mixed kesterite compound having the formula AgxCu2-xZnSn(SySe1-y)4, wherein 0<x<2, and 0?y?1.

  • Patent number: 5572903
Abstract: A shaker for cots, strollers and baby carriages has a clamping unit, a reciprocating unit, a crank unit and a power unit. The clamping unit connects the reciprocating unit via a lever. The reciprocating unit has a reciprocating rod and a rod sleeve. The rear portion of the reciprocating rod is positioned in the rod sleeve adjustably. The crank unit has a front link which connects the rod sleeve and a rear link which connects a motor.

  • Patent number: 5105467
Abstract: A method of fingerprint verification includes determining a direction difference between a direction pattern of an input fingerprint and a direction pattern of a registered fingerprint and comparing the determined direction difference with predetermined upper and lower threshold values. The input and registered fingerprints are considered the same if the direction difference is lower than the lower threshold value, and the input and registered fingerprints are considered to be different if the direction difference is higher than the upper threshold value. If the direction different is between the upper and lower threshold values, minutiae of the input and registered fingerprints are extracted for verifying the input fingerprint. The extracting includes preprocessing of the input fingerprint image, uniboundary extraction of the input fingerprint minutiae, and restoration to eliminate pseudo-minutiae.

  • Patent number: 4281495
Abstract: An insulated building for enclosing a refrigerated space is assembled from a plurality of standard-sized modules with each module connected to its adjacent module through a joint interface that includes confronting sealing surfaces that are formed parallel to, perpendicular to, and obliquely to the plane of the modules and connected together by a threaded fastener that extends at an oblique angle to the plane of the modules so that each pair of confronting surfaces are placed under a positive sealing force to provide both a moisture-proof and structurally rigid joint.
