Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing an electronic device using a cyclic doping process including i) an operation of forming a unit transfer thin film including a two-dimensional material on a transfer substrate, ii) an operation of doping the unit transfer thin film in a low-damage doping process, iii) an operation of transferring the unit transfer thin film doped according to the operation ii) on a transfer target substrate, and iv) an operation of repeatedly performing the operations i) to iii) several times to reach a target thickness.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for carrying out dose delivery quality assurance for high-precision radiation treatment, in which parameters affecting a pass rate of dose delivery quality assurance can be derived through regression analysis, which is a known statistical analysis method, and a pass rate prediction model capable of predicting each parameter and the pass rate of dose delivery quality assurance can be derived, and accordingly, it can be predicted in advance whether dose delivery quality assurance will be passed according to the parameters through the above prediction model, without repeatedly carrying out dose delivery quality assurance according to a patient's treatment plan, and as a result, the efficiency of dose delivery quality assurance can be enhanced, and the time or capacity required for such quality assurance is reduced, such that radiation treatment for an actual patient can be quickly and precisely carried out.

Abstract: A pigment composition according to an embodiment includes aluminum flakes coated with a plurality of metal oxide layers and TiO2 coated with a metal oxide layer, thus having explosion stability. The pigment composition may be prepared by mixing with TiO2 coated with a metal oxide layer having lower apparent specific gravity as compared to other plate-shaped inorganic particles. The pigment composition can have stability against a thermite reaction by aluminum and metal oxides while preventing deterioration of saturation and opacity.

Abstract: A stereoscopic pattern apparatus includes a base roller and a retrieving roller, a fine pattern hardening roller, an ink inserting roller and a convex pattern hardening roller. The base roller and the retrieving roller respectively provide and retrieve a base film. The fine pattern hardening roller is disposed between the base and retrieving rollers, and forms a lower hardening layer on the base film. A fine pattern is formed on the lower hardening layer. The ink inserting roller is disposed between the fine pattern hardening roller and the retrieving roller, and inserts an ink into the fine pattern. The convex pattern hardening roller is disposed between the ink inserting roller and the retrieving roller, and forms an upper hardening layer on the lower hardening layer. A convex lens is uniformly formed on the upper hardening layer.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method for user intention profiling and an apparatus for the same. Behavior data may be created based on logs collected in real time with regard to the online behavior of a user who accesses an online site, the purchase intention of the user and the item of interest may be detected based on the behavior data, keyword ranking information related to the user may be extracted in consideration of the similarity between a keyword vector corresponding to the item of interest and item models created based on multiple items registered in the online site, and a user intention profile for the user may be created based on at least one of the item of interest, the keyword ranking information, and a purchase probability included in the purchase intention.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method for providing marketing management data for optimization of distribution and logistics and an apparatus for the same. The method and apparatus detect, in real time, respective purchase intentions of multiple users who access an online site, generate demand forecast data, in which items and regions are taken into consideration, based on respective pieces of user information and the purchase intentions of the multiple users, and generate and provide marketing management data for optimizing distribution and logistics of multiple items provided by the online site, based on the demand forecast data. Further, information that assists item sellers in managing inventory or in managing the supply and demand of products may be provided.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method for predicting a purchase probability based on a behavior sequence of a user and an apparatus for the same. The method and apparatus collect, in real time, logs for a user who accesses a shopping site, generate a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) sequence corresponding to the online behavior of the user by arranging the logs in temporal sequence, and calculate a product purchase probability of the user by comparing the URI sequence with a purchase probability model corresponding to the shopping site. Further, the current purchase intention of a customer may be more accurately detected, and thus information about a product currently of interest to the customer may be provided.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for remotely managing a private network by using a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) are provided. The method includes opening a port between the private network and a public network in a Network Address Translation (NAT) using a first SIP message, and managing a remote device located in the private network through the open port. Accordingly, a remote management server (or a manager) can collect and configure necessary information by actively accessing to a management target.

Abstract: Provided are a data management method, device and system for synchronizing data without prior knowledge of the data's structure. When any application is activated, application data is created and also an application data change log is created to indicate a change in the application data. In addition, a schema table defining a data structure for storing the application data is created and also a schema table change log indicating a change in the schema table is created. Based on such data and logs, a client and a server can share data without a prior agreement in data schema.

Abstract: A Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) gateway is provided which upon an extension call between VoIP terminals, optimizes transfer routes of data between the terminals. In setting a session for the extension call, the VoIP gateway converts IP addresses and ports of the originator's and recipient's terminals included in an invite message for session connection transmitted from one terminal of an internal private network of the VoIP gateway into internal IP addresses and internal ports to enable media data of the originator's and recipient's terminals to be directly transmitted without by way of a wide area network (WAN) module and a media server of the VoIP gateway, thereby effectively managing resources of the network system.

In this instance, a more stable material thickness can be kept by performing a collar drawing process or a curling process when a screw part of the coupling boss is formed.
