Abstract: An actuator includes a housing, a gear part rotatably provided on the housing, a rod having a contact protrusion and configured to be movable upward or downward relative to the housing depending on a rotation of the gear part, and a switch provided in the housing and configured to define an electric circuit electrically connected to a switch resistor, the switch being configured to connect or disconnect (ON/OFF) the electric circuit depending on contact of the contact protrusion, the switch including a safety switch driving section in which a state in which a movement of the contact protrusion relative to the switch is allowed and the electric circuit is connected (ON) is maintained, and the switch and the contact protrusion positioned adjacent to each other so that the movement of the contact protrusion relative to the switch is performed in the safety switch driving section, thereby improving stability and reliability.

Abstract: Techniques described herein include forming respective (different) types of metal silicide layers for p-type source/drain regions and n-type source/drain regions of nanostructure transistors of a semiconductor device in a selective manner that reduces process complexity. For example, a p-type metal silicide layer may be selectively formed over a p-type source/drain region (e.g., such that the p-type metal silicide layer is not formed over the n-type source/drain region) of a first nanostructure transistor, and an n-type metal silicide layer may be formed over the n-type source/drain region (which may be selective or non-selective) of a second nanostructure transistor. This provides a low Schottky barrier height between the p-type metal silicide layer and the p-type source/drain region, as well as a low Schottky barrier height between the n-type metal silicide layer and the n-type source/drain region. This reduces the contact resistance for both p-type source/drain regions and n-type source/drain regions.

The annular wall expands radially down and outward from the rounded edge to a tip base. The barrel defines a liquid reservoir and is configured to receive a plunger. The plunger is inserted into the barrel to forcibly dispense a fluid stored within the fluid reservoir through an outlet and into a mating device such as a nipple shield.

Abstract: The invention provides conjugates comprising a coagulating agent conjugated to an antibody, where the antibody specifically binds an extracellular domain epitope of a mammalian PLVAP protein. These agents specifically target HCC tumors and treat the HCC. The invention also provides methods of using these conjugates, such as methods of treating HCC by administering the conjugates provided by the invention or compositions provided by the invention, such as pharmaceutical compositions.

Abstract: A method of operating a display includes performing a non-synchronized touch scan pattern on a display with a controller coupled to the display. The non-synchronized touch scan pattern schedules touch scans independent of a refresh rate of the display. Upon the controller detecting a first synchronization pulse from a display controller coupled to the controller and the display, a first pulse-checking timer is started. Upon detecting a second synchronization pulse from the display controller and before the first pulse-checking timer expires, a first display refresh rate for the display is obtained from an interval between the first synchronization pulse and the second synchronization pulse. A synchronized touch scan pattern is performed with the controller, and is scheduled to avoid touch scans coinciding with refreshes of the display performed at the first display refresh rate.

Abstract: Provided is a zinc alloy-plated steel material having excellent corrosion resistance and surface qualities. The steel material includes: a base steel; a zinc alloy-plating layer formed on the base steel, wherein the zinc alloy-plating layer comprises, by weight %, 8 to 25% of aluminum (Al), 4 to 12% of magnesium (Mg), and a balance of zinc (Zn) and inevitable impurities; and a polygonal solidification phase formed in a surface of the zinc alloy-plating layer and having a substantially straight boundary line between the polygonal solidification phase and a microstructure surrounding the polygonal solidification phase. The substantially straight boundary line forms an angle with an adjacent substantially straight boundary line, and an area fraction occupied by the polygonal solidification phase on the surface of the zinc alloy-plating layer is 20 to 90%.

Abstract: A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor has back pressure holes which are formed in a non-orbiting scroll and a back pressure chamber assembly, and communicate a compression chamber and a back pressure chamber. In addition, a back pressure valve is provided inside the back pressure hole to change the passage area of the back pressure hole by moving along the longitudinal direction of the back pressure hole due to the pressure difference between the compression chamber and the back pressure chamber. Due to the back pressure valve, pressure pulsation in the back pressure chamber can be improved.

The first terminal device sends first resource indication information, to indicate a first resource, where the first resource is for the third terminal device to perform transmission, and the first resource is included in a channel occupancy time COT preempted by the first terminal device. A UE 1 allocates a COT resource to a UE 2 that has performed feedback. This can reduce resource waste, avoid COT interruption, improve spectrum resource utilization and improve system transmission performance.

Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes loading a first wafer and a second wafer into a wafer bonding system. A relative humidity within the wafer bonding system is measured a first time. After measuring the relative humidity, the relative humidity within the wafer bonding system may be adjusted to be within a desired range. When the relative humidity is within the desired range, the first wafer is bonded to the second wafer.

The transistor stack includes a lower transistor and an upper transistor that is on top of the lower transistor. Moreover, the transistor device includes a gate-cut on the substrate, adjacent the transistor stack. The gate-cut has a first sloped sidewall and a second sloped sidewall that is opposite the first sloped sidewall. Related methods of forming transistor devices are also provided.

The light emitting module is disposed in the slot and oriented to emit light along a light path non-parallel with the rotational axis of the fan blade. The reflector is disposed in the slot and in the light path of the light emitting module for reflecting the light emitted by the light emitting module. The light guide is fitted to the slot in a manner to guide light to exit from the slot via the slot opening.
