Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) including a planar light source module, a main frame, an LCD panel and a front frame is provided. The planar light source module includes a positioning module and a flat light source disposed in thereof. The main frame is assembled with the planar light source module, the LCD panel is disposed in the main frame, and the front frame is assembled with the main frame for fixing the LCD panel. Since the planar light source module is able to be independently disassembled from the main frame, therefore, the LCD has better maintenance and assembly efficiency. Besides, an assembly method of the LCD is provided as well.

Abstract: A backlight module having a light source module and an optical film module is provided. The light source module includes a first frame module and a light source. The light source is disposed in the first frame module. The optical film module includes a second frame module and a plurality of optical films. The optical films are disposed in the second frame module. The optical film module is detachably disposed on the light source module.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display module comprising a backlight module and a liquid crystal display panel is provided. The backlight module comprises a light-guide plate, a reflector and a light source. The light-guide plate comprises a first surface, and the first surface comprises a first position part. The reflector having a connection surface is arranged at one side of the light-guide plate, and the connection surface has a second position part corresponding to the first position part. The first position part is lodged in the second position part. Besides, the light source is arranged between the light-guide plate and the reflector, and the light source may be a cold cathode fluorescent lamp or a light emitting diode. Because the light-guide plate and the reflector are firmly wedged, the liquid crystal display module can maintain good display quality.

Abstract: A backlight module including a frame, a light guide, at least one reflective cover and at least one light source is provided. The frame includes an upper frame having at least one first fastener thereon and a lower frame having at least one second fastener thereon. The light guide is disposed inside the frame and has at least one light incident surface and a light emitting surface. The reflective cover is placed inside the frame at one side of the frame. The reflective cover has at least one third fastener and at least one fourth fastener thereon, wherein the third fastener and the first fastener of the upper frame are fastened together while the fourth fastener and the second fastener of the lower frame are fastened together. The light source is disposed between the light incident surface of the light guide and the reflective cover.

The wire fixing mechanism comprises a main part and an opening-control part. The main part is connected to the frame, and a fixing space is defined therebetween. The opening-control part is connected to the frame, separating the fixing space into a wire-hold space and a passage. The passage is convergent toward the wire-hold space. The place where the main part defines the passage and where the wire-hold space comes close has a first extending direction. The place where the opening-control part nears the main part has a second extending direction. The angle included by the first and second extending directions is an acute angle. The wire passes the passage and stays fixed in the wire-hold space when pressure is applied on the opening-control part.
