By using the method for recovery of cathode materials of the present invention, main metal elements in cathode materials of a secondary battery are effectively recovered, and compared with pyrometallurgical or hydrometallurgical methods in the prior art, the recovery rate of a metal mixture can reach unexpected 90% or more. Furthermore, the method of the present invention is environmentally friendly, all raw materials can be recycled and reused and no exhaust gases or waste liquids contaminating the environment are discharged.
