    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method of the array substrate, and a display panel. The array substrate of the present disclosure replaces molybdenum wires of a gate layer and a second gate layer with a multi-layered composite metal layer. The bending tolerance of gate wires in the display panel is enhanced and increase of impedance of the first gate layer is prevented.

The method also includes forming a second ILD layer over the first ILD layer and forming a second conductive region within the second ILD layer and on the concave top surface. The concave top surface provides a large contact area, and hence reduced contact resistance between the first and second conductive regions.

A plurality of feature vectors and a plurality of visual attention maps are generated by a visual model of the ML model based on an input image. Each of the plurality of feature vectors correspond to different regions of the input image. A plurality of caption attention maps are generated by an attention model of the ML model based on the plurality of feature vectors. An attention penalty is calculcated based on a comparison between the caption attention maps and the visual attention maps. A loss function is calculcated based on the attention penalty. One or both of the visual model and the attention model are trained using the loss function.

    Abstract: Methods of improving hot carrier parameters in a field-effect transistor by hydrogen reduction. A gate structure of the field-effect transistor is formed on a substrate, and the substrate is heated inside a deposition chamber to a given process temperature for a given time period. After the time period concludes, a conformal layer is deposited at the given process temperature over the gate structure, and is subsequently etched to form sidewall spacers on the gate structure. After the sidewall spacers are formed, a capping layer is conformally deposited over the gate structure and the sidewall spacers, and cured with an ultraviolet light treatment. An interconnect structure may be formed over the field-effect transistor and the capping layer, and a moisture barrier layer may be formed over the interconnect structure. The moisture barrier layer is composed of a material that is permeable to hydrogen and impermeable to water molecules.
