Abstract: A music timer comprises a timing unit, a music box unit and its mounting frame, a music control wheel (29) that has a gap (291) along its edge is driven to rotate by a driving gear through rotary axis of the driving spring of the timing unit; one end (3a) of a brake rod (3) always abuts against the edge of said music control wheel (29) and the other end (3b) extends into the damping mechanism of the music box unit to activate it when the end (3a) abuts against the non-gap places on said music control wheel, whereas when the end (3a) sinks into the gap (291) of said music control wheel, the end (3b) then departs from the damping mechanism of the music box unit, thus producing no influence on its movement. The present invention enables the timer to produce pleasant and lasting music at the end of the timing. Moreover, through the scientific spatial arrangement of the present invention, and the projected cross section of the device is much smaller than the sum of those of the timer and the music box unit.

Abstract: A flying block assembly for speed regulation of music box comprises a pair of flying blocks (1), a pair of link arms (2) and a central cylinder (4) which fixes the flying block (1) onto a speed regulating shaft (5), wherein an inertia frame (3) conventionally integrated with the speed regulating shaft (5) is changed to be integrated with the flying block assembly, and can move in axial direction of the speed regulating shaft. As the inertia frame (3) and the flying block assembly combine a connection rather than a separate body, the unthreaded poriton of the speed regulating shaft which is occupied usually by the inertia frame will be left for the flying block assembly moving upward or downward, so that it will cause the flying block for speed regulation to obtain much more adjusting range of axial diection.

Abstract: A power external output mechanism in muic box comprising a music drum in which a power external output shaft (4) is inserted thereto and integrated with each other in the axial and rotary directions, wherein an engaging means is provided in a drum body (1) of muxic box, by which the drum and the external output shaft are engaged with each other so as to prevent the external output shaft to be break away therefrom, said engaging means is an elastic leg abuttal (5) with a type of thin wall which is formed on an external end plate (2) of the drum and extended inward in aixal direction of the shaft. An inner flange (10) formed on a free end of the leg abuttal (5) and an inner cave annular groove (11) formed on the peripheral surface of the shaft (4) are engaged with each other to form an interlock in axial drection. The inner end plate (3) and an end (9) of the external output shaft (4) are fitted with each other to form a connection in the direction of rotation.

Abstract: The comprehensive improvement of a music box employs a hood-styled structure (1) which is a connection between the spring case (6) and the speed regulating support (7). The perpendicular trailing brace of the hood-styled structure has eliminated the cantilever beam structure of the prior speed regulating support. A centrifugal periphery damping friction disk (21) is set below the top of said hood-styled structure (1). Three fixed connection holes on the lower edge of the hood-styled structure (1) are used to have the structure fixed on the frame (5). Compared with the prior art, the boss which may cause interference with the sound is now located in a reasonable position. The extended shaft of the music drum (3) is connected with the music drum with the spiral direction of the thread on the extended shaft being opposite to the rotary direction of the music drum. Thus, the reliability is increased, the quality of the sound is improved and the cost is reduced.
