    Abstract: An energy storage system includes at least two power conversion systems PCSs, output terminals of the at least two PCSs are connected in parallel to connect to an alternating current power grid, and input terminals of the at least two PCSs are connected to an energy storage power supply. The first PCS is any one of the at least two PCSs. The voltage detection circuit detects a power grid voltage at a parallel connection point of the output terminals of the at least two PCSs. When determining, based on the power grid voltage at the parallel connection point, that islanding occurs in the alternating current power grid, the controller adjusts an angle of an output voltage of the first PCS to a reference angle, so that angles of output voltages of the at least two PCSs are the same.

    Abstract: A packaged power semiconductor device includes a power semiconductor wafer, a heat conduction layer, and a heat sink that are sequentially stacked, and a sealing part configured to wrap and seal the power semiconductor wafer and at least part of the heat conduction layer. The packaged power semiconductor device further includes a pin, where the pin includes a connection segment wrapped inside the sealing part, and an extension segment located outside the sealing part. The connection segment is electrically connected to the power semiconductor wafer, and a shortest distance between the extension segment and a first outer surface is greater than a creepage distance corresponding to a highest working voltage of the power semiconductor wafer. This can avoid a creepage phenomenon of the pin by limiting a distance between the first outer surface and the extension segment that is of the pin and that is exposed outside the sealing part.

    Abstract: This application provides a solar cell, including a front electrode, a functional layer, and a back electrode. The front electrode is an electrode on a side of an illuminated surface. The front electrode includes a high-conductivity region and a low-conductivity region that are adjacent to each other, or the back electrode includes a high-conductivity region and a low-conductivity region that are adjacent to each other. The front electrode and/or the back electrode may be designed to be separated by region, and conductivity of one conductive region is designed to be higher than conductivity of the other conductive region. This can effectively avoid a film rectangular resistance loss caused by large-scale non-uniform lateral transfer of a photocurrent, and improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell. In addition, cell comprehensive performance can be improved by flexibly selecting materials based on different requirements of different regions in different application scenarios.

Control on a virtual synchronous generator of the photovoltaic string inverter is implemented, and a lifespan of the photovoltaic string inverter is prolonged, without a need to add an energy storage element.

Firstly, performing a fracturing test on shale cores by using a modified Brazilian disc test and categorizing the fracture network morphology. Secondly, performing a shale matrix-fracture structure and stress sensitivity test on the shale cores having different fracture network morphology. After that, determining a stress sensitivity constant of different fracture network morphology according to indoor core data and finally preparing an identification chart of the fracture network morphology based on an indoor core stress sensitivity test combined with a production practice. The identification chart can be applied to an actual fracturing well, and the fracture network morphology is directly identified by a real-time effective stress and a normalized flow.
