    Abstract: In a method, a media delivery server may receive indication information that indicates a man-machine interaction environment of a user corresponding to UE during a call service execution period and that is sent by the UE. Then, the media delivery server may determine, based on the indication information, whether to deliver media content to the UE during the call service execution period. Alternatively, after receiving the indication information, the media delivery server may determine to-be-delivered media content based on the indication information, and deliver the to-be-delivered media content to the UE during the call service execution period. The indication information can reflect the man-machine interaction environment of the user during the call service execution period.

    Abstract: One embodiment provides a method and system for managing risk-control commands. During operation, the system can obtain statistics associated with a plurality of risk-control commands issued by a risk-control system corresponding to a plurality of transactions on an online financial platform, and determine, based on the monitored plurality of risk-control commands, whether a subset of risk-control commands meets an anomaly condition. In response to determining that the subset of risk-control commands does not meet the anomaly condition, the system can forward the subset of risk-control commands to the online financial platform to facilitate the online financial platform in performing corresponding transactions according to the subset of risk-control command. In response to determining that the subset of risk-control commands meets the anomaly condition, the system can prevent the subset of risk-control commands from being forwarded to the online financial platform.

    Abstract: An advection fog forecasting system and a method thereof are based on the recognition that wireless signal communication is subject to weather conditions. The system and the method involve collecting radio signals in a forecasting region that is likely to be shrouded in fog. Radio signals influenced by fog can show fog attenuation, and different levels of attenuation can be represented by different values of a radio signal strength indicator RSSI. With the variation curve of the radio signal strength indicator RSSI and weather variables, such as the humidity, the wind speed and the rainfall in the forecasting region, forecasting advection fog can be achieved.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for the safety of network terminal devices that utilizes the basic operations in network terminal devices (NTDs) and a network security center (NSC), as well as the analyzing and processing ability provided by the NSC to solve network security issues based on hierarchical network security structure of client request-server response. In the NSC, the solution is broken into a plurality of basic operations with their respective corresponding parameters. Each basic operation is encoded according to an operation code table (OCT) and encapsulated in a network security suspicion information packet (NSSIP). The NSC sends the NSSIP to the NTD. The NTD receives and splits the network security solution packet (NSSP) to get the plurality of operation codes and their respective corresponding parameters. The NTD retrieves a plurality of call interfaces from the OCT according to the plurality of operation codes.
