    Abstract: A phase-locked loop (PLL) and a method for calibrating a VCO therein are provided. The PLL comprises a frequency-phase detector, a charge pump, a loop filter, a VCO, a divider and a calibration circuit. The calibration circuit is used to acquire a frequency of an output signal of the VCO, to calibrate the frequency of the output signal according to an expected frequency, and to acquire frequency control parameters of the VCO at the current signal frequency. The amplitude and gain of the output signal are kept constant according to the amplitude control parameters and gain control parameters. The PLL can meet the demands on frequencies of multiple protocols and can adaptively look up and stabilize the suitable frequency. It solves the issue that the amplitude of the output signal of the VCO is not constant when the PLL operates in a large frequency range.

    Abstract: A power supply system includes a wireless power supply end and a wireless receiving end. The wireless receiving end includes a resonant receiving component and a rectifying and voltage-stabilizing component that is connected to the resonant receiving component to output a voltage-stabilized power supply (VCC). A load sudden-change protection circuit includes an overvoltage protection component and an under-voltage protection component that are each respectively connected to the voltage-stabilized power supply and a load. The overvoltage protection component turns on the load when the voltage of the voltage-stabilized power supply is higher than a first preset voltage due to sudden turn-off of the load. The under-voltage protection component turns off the load when the voltage of the voltage-stabilized power supply is lower than a second preset voltage due to sudden turn-on of the load.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for controlling an electromagnetic heating system, including: obtaining a target heating power of the electromagnetic heating system; determining whether the target heating power is less than a preset power; and when the target heating power is less than the preset power, controlling, in each control period, a resonance circuit of the electromagnetic heating system to enter into a discharging stage, a heating stage, and a stop stage successively, in which in the discharging stage, a power switch transistor of the resonance circuit is driven by a first driving voltage such that the power switch transistor works in an amplification state. In this way, a pulse current of the power switch transistor may be restrained, and a low power heating is realized by using a heating mode with a millisecond duty ratio. The present disclosure further discloses a device for controlling an electromagnetic heating system and an electromagnetic heating system.
