Abstract: A rotary earhanger structure of a wireless earphone includes an earhanger unit and a movable connection sleeve rotationally connected therewith. One end of the earhanger unit includes a first inclined surface portion extending obliquely in a preset rotational direction. The movable connection sleeve has a second inclined surface portion cooperatively connected with the first inclined surface portion. The movable connection sleeve is connected with an elastic member for driving the movable connection sleeve in a direction close to the earhanger unit. The external force rotates the earhanger unit in the preset rotating direction to adjust the wearing angle. When the earhanger unit is not subjected to the external force, the movable connection sleeve moves in the direction close to the earhanger unit under the force of the elastic member, so that the automatic reset function after the earhanger rotation is realized, thereby simplifying user operation and improving user experience.

The noise suppression method includes: in response to determining that any two adjacent heating modules of the electromagnetic heating device operate successively, obtaining a start operating frequency of the last-started heating module of the two adjacent heating modules; and adjusting an operating frequency of the first-started heating module of the two adjacent heating modules based on the start operating frequency of the last-started heating module, to allow the two adjacent heating modules to operate synchronously at a same operating frequency when the last-started heating module starts operating.

Abstract: Provided is a method and kit for detecting DNA methylation based on quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). The present disclosure achieves the detection of DNA methylation based on qPCR, where PCR is used to prepare fragments of different DNA methylation levels through base incorporation, and then the fragments are subjected to qPCR detection with two programs respectively to get ?Ct and establish a correspondence between ?Ct and a DNA methylation level. The method evaluates a DNA methylation level of a target gene by detecting ?Ct of the target gene. The present disclosure establishes a new convenient method for detecting a DNA methylation difference. According to verification results of experiments with lung cancer and colorectal cancer plasma samples, the method has simple operations, short detection time, and accurate and reliable results, is suitable for the detection of all types of methylated DNA fragments, and has high application values.

Abstract: A catalyst for catalytic oxidation-deoxidation method of unsaturated hydrocarbon-containing gas has a carrier, an active component, a first co-agent component, and a second co-agent component loaded on the carrier respectively. The active component is one or more selected from the group consisting of oxides of Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, Ag and Ir. The first co-agent component has one or more selected from the group consisting of a rare earth metal element, a group IVB metal element and a group VIII metal element; and the second co-agent component has one or more alkali metal element and alkaline earth metal element. The deoxidation method using the catalyst eliminates the need to add a reducing gas such as H2, allows hydrocarbons to react directly with oxygen to produce CO2 and H2O, achieves the goal of deoxidating a hydrocarbon-containing tail gas, and can prevent the generation of carbon deposits.

The service replacement process sends to the server a request for inheriting ownership of the distributed lock before the lifecycle of the lock file expires, the inherit request including the SPI.
